e-zoomed Limited  Anmeldelser

Olivia was incredibly helpful and kind in helping me to find out what would best work for my strange requirements.
Although in the end, the safest and most viable option was to continue using public charging, Olivia was certainly very open and honest and tried her very best to find a solution.

Prompt customer service. Had an issue with online payment for my product and Olivia was quick to reply and sort it all out for me. Updated emails informing me of shipment date and checking in when item was received which only took 3 days after ordering. Not to mention couldn’t find a 12 meter charging cable anywhere else! Super service indeed!

I recently purchased an EV charging cable from the e-zoomed Electric Living Shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I placed the order, the team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process, even navigating the details through customs and final delivery. I was especially impressed with the personal follow-up from Olivia, who checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and even offered guidance for my first use of the product. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. Highly recommend the e-zoomed Team for anyone looking for reliable products and outstanding service in the EV space!

It sounds like e-zoomed provided a fantastic experience!

I’ve had such a positive experience when dealing with e-zoomed, I decided that I needed to leave a review.

These guys are excellent.

I carelessly damaged my 15m EV charging cable and reached out to e-zoomed where I had bought the cable.

I was expecting bad news.

Olivia responded almost immediately and very quickly she had arranged a very reasonably priced repair.

She guided me through the returns process and kept me informed regarding progress of the repair.

I really must commend Olivia for her excellent customer service and her commitment to resolving my problem.

I have no hesitancy in recommending e-zoomed.

Fast delivery and great price

Sehr gute und enge Kundenbetreuung über den kompletten Bestellvorgang. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden umgesetzt! Bestelltes Kabel funktioniert einwandfrei.

Can't fault the service. Enquired Wednesday evening - after you would expect businesses to be closed but received an answer the same evening. Ordered cable straight away, delivered Friday morning. Less than 40 hours from enquiry to delivery.

Fast, friendly and informative communication from Olivia when I had questions regarding one of the cables. Happy with the product also, which arrived promptly.

Olivia's very prompt and personal service

Very efficient delivery.

First time charging and cable has worked well.

From order to delivery, the process was smooth and efficient. Customer Service was top class. Olivia is great at her job. Pleasure to deal with this Company.

I have ordered a long EV charging cable, it was a B to B cross national deal. Communication has been perfect throughout the negotiation. I've got quick reply to each of my specific question and need. At the end, I have received a customised product which looks to be of high quality. Shipment has been done immediately after the payment and transit time was short. A big thank to Olivia who has efficiently taken care of me also forwarding my questions to the manufacturer to agree the best technical solution. She cared about the order until material was delivered and tested. 5 stars are fully deserved.

Ordered a rather large cable from them and the price was most acceptable. Made a mistake on ordering and they rectified very promptly. Delivery was also very quick.

really good customer service with quick responses and useful updates.
