Cheapest in £££s but not cheapest in service!
We went with Ezmuve as they were cheaper than all the other estate agents out there, but by no means does that mean that the service was any less. They got plenty viewings and sold our house FAST!! The team kept in touch with us at every stage of the process, we couldn't have wished for better!!

Over the years I’ve used many estate agents and I can honestly say that this has been the best so far!!
From the start Zee made the whole process easy and straightforward, arranging and personally doing viewings, negotiations and keeping us informed.
This guy never stops and working and always there to answer our questions and reassure us.

I'm so glad I picked these guys out of…
I'm so glad I picked these guys out of the ten million estate agent, I felt like I was their only client as they cared as much as I did. There were a couple of bumps in the road along the way and they helped so much and really went the extra mile.
I highly recommend, Zee, Morris and Molly were all fantastic. Oh, their price is great too !!

Above & Beyond
Professional, helpful & polite and Zee has gone above and beyond and pushed out all the stops on this house purchase. I've been looking for a house for over 18 months now and continually run into difficulties, but Zee has been very calm and collective even when the pressure is on and maintained a cool head and that's what you want.

What a difference my new agent has made
in essence, this so called company is nothing short of a bunch of crooks. They promise this and that and make you feel that your property is in exactly the right hands, but that could not be further from the truth. Below are just a number of alarm bells that I believe you should pay caution to before committing to them - 1. They lie from the start. As soon as you sign the contract everything changes. 2. They use 3rd parties for marketing purposes I.e. they use other estate agents to show your property on rightmove as they cannot financially advertise it themselves. 3. They will commit in their contract to advertising your property on Zoopla but when you question them as to why they haven't done this, they will tell you that they only do so at a clients request ( and again it clearly states in their contract that they WILL commit to this along with Rightmove regardless). 4. They will not ask for any documentation or identification confirming you are the owner of the property and authorised to sell ( I only discovered this today when asked by a local agency that are well established with whom I have now asked to deal with the sale) 5. They will send you multiple text messages telling you they have booked viewings for your property but only one or two actually happen. And last but, by no means least. When I disinstructed them, they told me I legally had to pay them £250 for not letting them sell the property which foolishly I did only for it to be later to be brought to my attention by experienced professionals that it was in fact them that did not fulfil their contractual requirements. Proceed with much caution
Just an update, I have now put this in the hands of a well established, award winning estate agent and my experience of their organisation and professionalism couldn't be any better. Pictures of the property and marketing done to a professionals standard,No lies, full transparency, and real talk. Thank you so much ADM Residential 👏✔

We appreciate all feedback, positive and negative as it can only help us serve better. We would like to shed some light on this as we deem this as defamation and false allegations.
- upon arrival of valuation the property wasn't ready to be marketed, you delayed us taking the pictures on multiple occasions which caused a lot of inconvenience however as a company we are always understandable and absorbed this matter internally.
- After several attempts, we was able to then get pictures done and get the property on the market within our schedule and then put to market
- Over this 2 week period from marketing your property within our first viewing we was able to gather an offer which you rejected and then later wanted to reconsider which at that point the client had started to negotiate on a different property which is understandable.
- Within the first week you then wanted to pull the property off the market which was very bizarre for us as it hardly had been on the market for long and you wasn't happy with the couple of viewings we had arranged even though we got an offer straight away. We then took the property off the market with immediate effect after you requested
- The following week we then re-listed the property from your instruction and again had another client wanting to put a offer in which then changed her mind the next day, we then had another 3 clients booked in that day and had a client travelling from Nottingham but you still wanted to pull the property off the market and didn't give us a chance to complete the upcoming 3 viewings for that day.
- You have been in direct contact with our team and communication has been streamlined as you will see from the records of text , emails, and phone calls as we were willing to present this data as you also claimed we haven’t communicated effectively.
- Just to clarify our rightmove listings isn’t through a third-party company as it sits under the umbrella with Ezmuve as this was explained during your valuation.
- We do market on Zoopla if the client requests this and on this occasion that wasn’t the case.
- We also did conduct a AML check before listing the property and followed the correct procedure as the report is evidence
- We fulfilled our role as your agent with effectively marketing, conducting viewings and handling offers, therefore a refund wouldn’t be granted on this occasion.
