Excellent experience from estate agent Zee, would definitely recommend again.

The whole team at EZMuve have done everything they could to get my sale complete. I had great updates regarding sales progression from the office, and Zee and Morris doing their utmost to make sure I could get to viewing the property I was purchasing - even when things went awry! They’ve been incredibly patient with my questions over the many months it took to get to completion, and thank you to the whole team. When things weren’t quite working or something didn’t go as expected they let me know, and it really helped me to trust the process. It really made me feel at ease having such a human nature during such a stressful time.

I wasn't familiar with Ezmuve, however after we viewed a property listed with them and meeting with Zee we fell in love with the house and purchased it.

Zee was in constant communication throughout the process and was extremely helpful and supportive.

A quick and easy process to get the house on the market and we did get an offer within 12 days however, through no fault of Zee and the team, this fell through after 4 months and we were back to listing the property.
A lot slower process the second time round and the communication could have been a little better but we did get there in the end.
Glad to have finally completed and moved.

I cannot fault this company especially the flag bearer Zee. He got my business because he always answered the phone and genuinely worked harder than the more ‘well established’ agents.

He then gave a realistic price, and delivered in the time he set to sell the house. This might involved marketing that was innovative and not always the norm, but it worked and he catered this to the audience. He also was a straight talker, when needed which I liked. He was honest, a rare thing these days.

The after sale team were also great and always got back to me whenever I asked them to. This often involves dealing with inefficient solicitors. They were always polite and courteous.

This company will go a long way and corner the market. A great team. Thank-you and well done.

Zee got my house sold quick and for the asking price I wanted with ezmove weather your buying or selling it is the best around.

Zee attended to my dad's property after a phone call explaining the situation of needing to see the property quickly. Zee attended and looked round and gave plenty of information upon what was the best next steps.
Zee arranged all paper work and an amount estimated for the property and arranged photos.

During this time Zee reassured my dad and myself throughout.

The first sale fell through due to issues with finances on the buyes side, at towards the end of the process sale. Zee was able to quickly find another buyer which got the sale back on track.

Constant contact and reassurance.

(We hired Ison harrison solicitors to support within the sale, please see our review on their page however I would not recommend for sale of house unfortunately, due to poor communication, issues with paper work being lost and then payment not being recieved upon completion day. ) This is information is here due to working closely together.

All being said there was nothing Zee could have done differently and even supported us when we had the above issues with Ison when it wasn't within his company.

5 star - Zee and his staff good communication goes above and beyond tried to make everything go as smoothly as possible in a difficult stressful time.

We are now hoping for Zees support in looking for a property.
