Worst shopping experience at all, bought a 75 inch hisense tv, they have sent me a 65 inch, and after many calls and whatsapp messages finally they responded with the replacement will be in 2 days, and they will collect the wrong tv in the same day, then they changed their mind and said we will do the whole process in one time after 2 days, in the second day they have said it will be delivered between 2-5 pm, after 5 they have sent me a message (after tons of messages and calls) saying we can't do the delivery in the day and it will be delivered the next day, today (6th day) since the morning they are telling it will be delivered and giving different timings ( call center, the store, and the delivery man) and now at 9:50 pm finally the replacement is done.
Unpleasant experience at all, and it was the worst customer service experience ever, never shopping here again never ever.

I strongly advise you to stay away from this sleezy company. Placed an order for an item made the payment and got confirmation on next day delivery. 2 days later I received an email cancelling my order due to item being out of stock however when I checked there website the item was still available but with a 33 percent increase in price. No comittment to the advertised price.

I have never encountered such misleading and unprofessional staff, Delivery mismanagement, not speaking the entire truth, denying WhatsApp messages, never call back despite promising. I can keep going on but I think you got the picture. Pay little extra but go to reputable company.

Stay away. I ordered a washing machine & dryer that leaks and overheats, an iron that got delivered USED (are you kidding me??) and a coffee machine that hasn't been delivered after 9 days of the order. The promise on the website is "next day delivery" which will never happen. You have to constantly follow up with them and ask when the delivery comes. Every day they will say "today" but nothing happens. Anyhow, waiting for items is one thing and delivering broken and used items and then NOT refunding money is another. I will have to go through my bank for a chargeback. Super annoying. Time wasters.
