Completely arrogant charge twice as much purple bricks quoted me when asked why this was I was fobbed off told me lies about the buyers having to go into a hotel cause they were homeless complete lie. And when the final papers went through and payment I got another £800 deducted I phoned up so many times. And when I got through oh my god her blasé attitude as if she was untouchable like it or lump it attitude. Was disgusting. Honestly I was robbed by these thieves.

I would like to highlight to any potential client the lack of ability in this firm as well there patronising attitude. This company is cheap and that's is exactly what you get .... a cheap poor service - when dealing with your biggest life changing asset can you really afford to be using a firm like this. I have been dealing with a call centre that is reading from a screen that has been giving conflicting information every time I call. I have been promised a call back on a daily basis and now 5 days later after calling 5 times a day I finally get through to person and get absolutely nothing and is not even aware of the situation. I have dealt with hundreds of firms over the years and I can honestly say that this is the worst that I have come across. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Awful Company!
We paid the release fee not to use Ezie Conveyancing back in March but have had nothing but trouble from them.
Emails and texts telling us to check our eWay file as we have outstanding tasks and also texts telling us that the draft contacts have been prepared on our sale and that they will be with us shortly!
They are an awful company, I did my research and I decided to go with a local firm!

We moved Two years ago and used a local convwyencers, the whole transaction took 4 weeks. So far 8 weeks into our move managed by ceway, a catalogue, conveyencer off sick, our case passed around different people, and we are unable to get good answers on why our sale isn't moving. Dreadful service, and horrible customer service by staff and managers. This is part of the purple bricks service, take my advice pay purple bricks up front and avoid Premier property lawyers, hone move or advanced conveyencing.

I cannot rate eZie Conveyancing highly enough. Samantha Lynch has been an absolute star, she arranges weekly calls, chases other solicitors and keeps me informed about everything. It's really taken the stress out of the selling processes! I've dealt with a lot of solicitors in this process and I've often had to chase or often been told that the solicitor is unavailable and so everything gets delayed and drawn out. I'm really impressed with Samantha and we'll definitely be using eZie Conveyancing when we make our next purchase.

Not one for being horrible or leaving bad feedback, however when your paying a solicitor £1000 to sort the mortgage and sale of your home, you'd like to think there's a company to do it, and do it well. I went through the the dreaded Purple Bricks. Now this company has not made any contact with myself or the buyer, a very easy and straightforward sale, no onward chain. I have rung the 4 times, leaving messages and 3 emails and nothing, not a thing! I checked on a conveyancing supermarket for quotes and found a 5* rated solicitor for £575. This mickey mouse firm want £990 for what? I can't even make contact with them. I stand to potentially lose the sale of the house. Anyway, I've got a new solicitor so please people, just don't do it, go elsewhere!
