Easy online ordering. Quick reply by email with confirmation and tracking info. Very polite call asking which day suited best for delivery. Then received another email to give an approximate arrival time for delivery. Carrier arrived within that time and helpfully put it in our summerhouse. Instructions to open were perfect and the mattress is extremely comfortable. Excellent service and product!

The £50 “VIP” delivery option worked perfectly for us because the couriers carried the mattress up to the bedroom, unpacked it, took away all the packaging and our old mattress as well. Job done!

Quick efficient service
Quick efficient service. Mattress is fine.
Delivery notification good. Delivery of product was disappointing. We had to call the delivery man to come back and open the packaging and ask him to take away the wrapping material and cardboard, and also take the old mattress which we had paid for removal of. He didn’t speak very good English!

Buy one!!
I used Which Magazine as my guide for the purchase of my new mattress. Ordering the Hybrid Ultra from EZE was, yes, . . . easy (sorry!!). However, what amazed me most was the fact that the mattress comes vacuum-packed in an amazingly small pack. Once carefully opened, the mattress expands to its full size. It's super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything was easy from start to finish. I had to phone as I’m out with the delivery area though I must admit I wouldn’t call Aberdeen City ‘the highlands’ as it is in Grampian Region. Delivery issue
Four stars as we had paid £50 to have our old mattress taken away but the delivery firm had no record of it and at first said they couldn't take it! However they made a phone and it was rectified. But we give 5* for the mattress having had it for a month. Deeper than we thought but absolutely super.
