My eye examination was excellent, I am diabetic & it is important to me that I have a proper examination which is what I received. I have no hesitation in recommending them. The staff in Banstead are delightful & helped me select a great frame. Straight talking, gave an opinion on what suited me without any pressure. The glasses were ready in 2 days, 10 out of 10!

Excellent service throughout from initial eye test (on time and professional) to consulation for new lenses (all options considered) and then to supply of new lenses. The whole process took less than 2 hours and I was extremely pleased with the results.

I did encounter a problem with my glasses, however, this was rectified to
my satisfaction. The staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

Simply the best service and, I believe, the best treatment/advice and prescribing available on the high street. It's a pleasure to go there!

I visited Eye Academy in Windsor for a routine check. The advice was excellent, the staff professional, and the equipment state of the art. The optician spotted what might have been a cause for concern. She rang the eye casualty department at the local hospital, and wrote a referral letter for me to take. I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Thankfully, it was a false alarm but I appreciated the care I received.

I've now got an excellent new pair of Oakley glasses for reading and computer work. Eye Academy isn't the cheapest optician on the high street but it may well be the best.

I went in to see if I could get a pair of glasses bought overseas repaired. Not only could they fix it, it was done at an amazing speed and with extremely friendly service. I will definitely be going back there with all of my family's optical needs =)

I Have been going to Ellis & Thompson for 18 years. The whole experience is very good from having your eyes tested with the most up to date equipment to the vast range of frames you can choose from, if you decide to have new ones .
