Fast delivery and a very pretty dress
Delivery was pretty fast and I was updated all the time on what was happening with it. The dress I ordered looked exactly like the images and looked absolutely gorgeous on!

They sent me the wrong dress
They sent me the wrong dress, which is quite annoying! The dress they did send was lovely quality, but unfortunately not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Services to let them know that I wanted a refund and shouldn't have to pay for the return, given it was their error and they've been pretty unhelpful...
