I have been using ExTravelMoney for Tuition fees and Forex
I have been using ExTravelMoney for quite sometime for my daughter's international tuition fees, and forex purchase.

Great exhange rates, great customer service. Banks are just rip offs. Anusha was helping me with the documentation and stuff.
I have got much better exhange rates than most of the banks and money was transferred within 12 hours.
