I use it to trim my palm trees that are 35' tall. The Extend A Reach allows me to safely complete the task from the ground, making my wife somewhat happy that I won't fall off a ladder.

Had an issue with one section and they sent me a complete new unit as a warranty replacement! Excellent customer service team and they stand by their product, which is rare these days.

I've bought several of the products offered and they are all great and helpful with doing cleaning around the inside and outside of the house. I am very happy with my purchases. Their customer service is great as well. I had one piece break and it was under warranty still and they were very easy to get in touch with and had a replacement mailed out the next day. I was very thankful!

Product is good but I couldn't get any of the supplied fittings to stop leaking. The quick connects would not lock in place and the other fittings would not seal. I would have returned it except my cleaner threw out all the packaging. I wound up going to Lowes and replaced all the fittings, for around $20. Works great now.

I received a defective cobweb duster and customer service had a new one to me by the next day. They were super friendly and made the experience seamless. The new duster I received is what I expected, but have not had a chance to use it yet.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The pole is made very well and is easy to use. The cobweb duster head does a great job. I liked my first purchase so well and was impressed with the company I made an additional purchase of the car wash brush and window washing attachment. All three items easily attach to the adjustable pole. Very satisfied customer.

I ordered a 30 foot pole kit that arrived with some damage that happened in shipping. All the accessories were fine but the pole had a dent that kept it from extending fully. I emailed extend-a-reach customer service with the pictures, thinking they would swap it out. Even better, they sent me a replacement straight away, followed up regularly and made sure the whole experience was great. Now that I have it, I really like how sturdy it is. I use it inside and out for cleaning hard to reach places, dusting the eaves, etc. Really great stuff and super friendly people.

Very responsive company with a good product. The extension pole is very sturdy and well built. The squeegee is well made. Kate is a great communicator, quick to respond and extremely helpful.

My better half purchased the Extend-A-Reach product because she felt that if I climbed another ladder to wash windows for her, with my luck with ladders, she’d become a widow!! I really was impressed with the product, I’ll tell you her other reason for buying the Extend-A-Reach 24 footer, with the great price they have on it she would be able to let my full time window washer go!! I have to say she made a very good choice, in buying it I can reach our highest windows without any ladders! I had her look the windows over when I was finishing with the equipment, it comes with everything you need, great instructions on how to get the best results with it, plus follow them and it comes with a free 3 year warranty!! My wife replied that the windows to her came out looking like the glass was removed!! She is really impressed with her purchase and I must add that she does buy a few things and this is absolutely a fantastic buy!! Thanks for listening and definitely if you are looking for a great home window cleaning system buy the Extend-A-Reach, you will not be disappointed!!!

30' pole saw is well designed and built. Extremely sharp and easy to use. Very satisfied.

I have a fully enclosed lanai with glass impact windows top to bottom and somehow I misunderstood the pole length and ordered the window washer head with a 3 foot pole which I thought was an extension to the main pole thus totaling 8 feet. I contacted the company and Kate explained the poles were separate items and not one unit together and had no qualms about sending me an 8 foot pole at no charge. I haven't used them yet but can see they are sturdily built and I know they'll do the job. What a company! I couldn't be more pleased. They deserve more than 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Great products and customer service ... they went out of their way to resolve a small problem quickly and completely. Solid company!

Our manufacturing facility has been purchasing extention poles from Extend A Reach for awhile. Recently, our staff had some issues with the extensions not staying locked in place. When cleaning the poles would shrink back making the cleaning difficult. Contacted customer service with some photos. Kate responded immediatly, apologizing and sent replacement poles. Great Customer Service.

This is an awesome product and was delivered with wonderful service. I ordered three products and two arrived right away. I waited for the third a few days and reached out to them. That day I had a note of apology and a promised it would be shipped immediately. They did and it arrived the next day. Great communications and awesome service. So why did I buy this product. I just turned 80, and always did my own windows. One of my 4 daughters made me promise never to get on ladder again, as she was with another family member in the ER. She was there for hours with a in law. She said every other patient was injured because of a fall from a ladder or a motorcycle accident. She made me promise to never get on my ladder again, and I don’t break my promises. Neither does this vendor!!! Rich Schneider VT

I was very happy with the follow up to deliver my order. My original order was not delivered by UPS and Extend-A-Reach sent a replacement order through USPS. I received the replacement order and am very happy with the quality of the product I purchased. I will be purchasing additional products through Extend-A-Reach in the future

I purchased a cobweb duster for an extension pole that was left by the previous homeowners. I received the duster promptly and it works great to get those hard to reach areas around the Lakehouse. Kate was very responsive when I had a question and came up with a great solution to my problem! It is hard these days to find a business that stands behind their products and treats their customers with such dedication. I will recommend Extend-A-Reach and will go to them first for all of my cleaning tool needs from now on.
