I have used Exquisite Escapes for a few of my recent trips, that include Cappadocia / Istanbul, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, the team go above and beyond to ensure that my trips are everything I hope for.

The customer service I always receive is always exceptional. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. They take the time to listen to my travel preferences and tailor the trip to my specific needs.

The attention to detail in planning my trip is always outstanding. Shehryar takes care of every aspect, from booking flights and accommodations to arranging transportation and activities. He even provided me with a detailed itinerary, so I knew exactly what to expect each day of my trip.

Shehryar goes above and beyond to get the best for his clients. I had some issues with a VISA for our latest holiday and Shehryar helped me and kept in touch until it was resolved. He made sure special meals were requested for our flight. He tailored our holidays to all of our requests. His customer service is impeccable.

We have just come back from the best holiday I have ever experienced. And I have been to some amazing places. I can only put this down to shez who made this holiday fantastic from the first class emirates flight to the most amazing hotel and our champagne on our arrival. I can't remember the last time I booked a holiday without Exquisite Escapes!!!
Shez is my go to travel guide for every destination, he planned my honeymoon for me in 2022 and I left all the details to him and didn't bother checking out the hotels until I landed in my destinations. He tailors every holiday to our needs and truly knows what experiences and hotels we will love. I've seen some amazing new countries because of his recommendations and expertise!!! Shez gives the most honest advice when it comes to hotels and is always a phone call away even while we are on holiday in case we run into any problems, everything is sorted out ASAP. I don't think I will ever book another holiday myself

I booked a last-minute holiday this month and Exquisite Escapes took care of all the stress for me when it came to booking a hotel. I told them what I was looking for and they delivered. My return flight home got cancelled and the team helped me tremendously. Their support ensured that both my flights and accommodation were promptly arranged.
