Please note, as our Terms state: "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for. Pre-orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order." And our Refund Policy also clarifies: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." That’s why the initial £14.99 isn’t refundable.

Good news — your order status is Unlock Complete and your unlock code is 2283715726533233. For non‑iPhones, follow the instructions in our T&Cs: enter the unlocking code when prompted after inserting an incompatible SIM. If the code doesn’t work, we can work with you and our technicians — per our Refund Policy: "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded."

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m really sorry for the poor experience and the delay.

To explain what happened: your Oct 2, 2025 order shows as Hard-Locked and a credit note was issued. Per our policies, “Any unlocks which come back as Hard-Locked by the network will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note” and “Hard-Locked Phones: If your phone is hard-locked by the carrier, no refund is provided.” Also note “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.”

I can help get this moving: we can escalate to a senior technician and schedule a Remote USB attempt for your Motorola (Remote USB is applicable to Motorola devices), and as our policy states, “Remote USB Unlocks will be refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device.” Or you can use the credit note at checkout (“Credit Notes can be used against any sim unlocking service, and for any device…”).

Which would you prefer? I’ll arrange it right away.

Hi — great news if your iPhone XS shows no SIM restriction!

Please complete the unlock by connecting to Wi‑Fi and restarting the phone ("iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;"). To confirm everything on our end I need your IMEI — without it we can’t find your order. Please reply with the IMEI or use Live Support on your tracking page so we can verify and close this out for you.

Hi — I’m really sorry this has been stressful.

Our Terms do set out actions for suspected fraud/chargebacks: for example, “we will also forward an invoice for a demand for payment including a £100 administration fee…” and importantly “In case of a dispute arising from the use of a stolen credit card, we will assume the device is also stolen and proceed with an immediate blacklisting of the IMEI, rendering the phone permanently unusable.” The T&Cs also state “It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for.”

That said, I can’t look into or challenge any action without your order details (IMEI or order reference). The IMEI is required and important to find your order — in the absence of any reference we cannot address your specific concerns. Please use the Live Support link on your tracking page or reply with your IMEI/order number and I’ll escalate this right away to get it resolved.

I can see your order (placed 04 Sep 2025) is marked "Service Cancelled" and that your €76 Standard unlock was refunded. The €26.99 Eligibility Check remains non-refundable — as our policy states: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." If the phone didn’t meet the criteria a Premium Service may have been required; that’s shown in the order status.

If you’d like I can escalate this for a manual review to confirm why the order was cancelled (blacklist, criteria mismatch or need for Premium) and outline the next steps. Please reply with your order number or IMEI and I’ll get a senior agent to look into it right away.

Just to clarify why there’s a separate charge: as our Terms state, "The service of sourcing and supplying any unlock solution begins at the point payment has been received from a customer," and our Refund Policy/Terms also explains that "'Pre-orders' also referred to as 'Eligibility Checks' are not covered by our money back guarantee." That’s why the eligibility check and the unlock are billed separately.

- “14.1 We reserve the right to terminate the order of any customer who demonstrates any form of verbal abuse or aggression … Any such customer would also forfeit their right to a refund in this instance.”

To investigate I need your IMEI and order reference. Without those we can’t find your order or resolve this. Our terms note: "Your purchase will appear on your card statements as Expressunlocks." Also our Refund Policy states: "Already Unlocked phones: No refund if you order an unlock for an already unlocked phone." and the Terms say: "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for."

Please use the Live Support link on your tracking page to send your IMEI and order details so I can escalate this straight away and see what options are available. In the meantime avoid clicking any suspicious email links and report them via Live Support.

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m really sorry this has been so frustrating.

I can see your May 12, 2025 order for a Standard Unlock ($63) for a Galaxy Z Fold6 on Open USA is marked Hard‑Locked and you were issued a credit note. Our terms explain: "Any unlocks which come back as Hard-Locked by the network will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note, due to the amount of work required in attempting to perform this unlock." They also confirm the service starts when payment is taken, so we couldn’t cancel the submission after payment.

If you have the receipts showing the phone is clean, please send your order number, IMEI and those documents to support@expressunlocks.com (or reply here) and I’ll escalate this to our technicians to re-check — we can try to apply your credit note toward another attempt or suitable service. Note credit notes cannot be used for iCloud Unlocks.
