I called this company to replace my oven door tinted glass door on October 01 and technician came and said that we had to order it to which I agreed. Then he said that since we have to order I have to pay $395.37 and I did, which I think to be the worst decision of my life till now. And guess what today is Nov 20 and I am still waiting. I called them today for updates and the same answer “ OH WE ARE SORRY WE ARE ALSO STILL WAITING THOUGH WE HAD EXPEDITED IT” I mean in today’s day and age that long wait is unbelievable. I am writing this in frustration asking for Gods Help now and warning others to be cautious

Scam, Scam, Scam

My story is the same as the others for this scam company who seem to be in the business of collecting money for service calls only and not actually repairing things at all. I had a technician come in and he said a part needed to be ordered. I hear nothing from them except vague promises the "Michelle" will get back to me and she never does. To make a long story short, the part that they said was "unavailable", which it took them a month to tell me, was in fact readily available and I had another company come in and fix it that day. Now, as with others, I am fighting for a refund as their view is that they did the "diagnosis" and that I should pay that in spite of the fact that they did nothing to fix it and left me without an oven for a month. Scammers like this make things difficult for other, legitimate companies.
