Placed an order with explosive ape and have been waiting 8 weeks for it to be dispatched. When I do contact them it takes several days to receive a reply and it's always the same automated messages saying my order will be shipped in the next few day or the following week. I will be ordering all gym stuff from silverback from now on.

Awful company - Over a month of waiting for some joggers.
Awful company, AVOID! I paid £4 for 2 day delivery and the order took nearly a MONTH to arrive. After raising a complaint with the company they completely ignored me and never even acknowledged my complaint. All I wanted was my shipping costs refunded but they couldn't even be bothered to reply. I was happy with the clothing however from such an awful shipping experience and them not even bothering to reply to me after a 1 month wait for my clothes I will never be returning again. Save your money and shop with a company who cares about their customers.

Feel like Ive been mugged

All my gym gear is explosive ape but I’m chucking the lot in the bin I refuse to advertise their product In my gym
Im switching to silverback gear
Im onto The bank will recall the payment don’t waste your money people !!!

Great clothing but waiting over 3 weeks for them to dispatch, than another 4 days for the items to arrive is not acceptable. Had no response to emails either,, so in conclusion, if you don’t mind waiting nearly a month for your items to arrive then go ahead

Ordered 2 jumpers that were in stock on…
Ordered 2 jumpers that were in stock on the 10th of December, with them saying I will receive my order in 2 working days. It’s currently 3 weeks since I ordered, I’ve sent numerous emails with no response, and they still have the audacity to write on their website that orders will be despatched in 48 hours.
If you want to avoid having to wait weeks on weeks for your order, or having zero Customer service contact, then avoid.
