Complete joke. Booked an event in May2024 but has been cancelled twice with no communication.
Have sent several emails with no response. I did call the venue and was told this was an actual event so I’m pretty sure this didn’t a scam unless of course the restaurant is in on it.
Still waiting on a reply…..

Purchased tickets in March for a May event. The company delayed the event the week before. Rebooked the tickets to July. The company canceled the event, never gave the courtesy of notifying me (I found out through the venue) and my many attempts at reaching out on their platforms and emails in order to get reimbursed have been left unanswered. In fact, they blocked me on Facebook (I was not posting on their main page, only attempting to get reimbursed through private messages, which were very politely phrased. Yes, I have copies.)

Hidden IS A SCAM!! I also cant believe I fell for it.. I booked The Dancing Queen Dining Experience for a large group. It was cancelled twice and the only communication I received was in regards to difficulty refunding my $594.00. They told me to raise it with Paypal but that would take 180 days to get a refund. I opted for the gift voucher as suggested by Hidden. Since then I am unable to use it.
For the last year I have been attempted to reach out via email in regards to being refunded. I have had NO COMMUNICATION or REFUND. The gift card is useless and I do not want it.

I booked an experience for May 12th 2024 for 4 people totalling £94.
The week before the event I went online to my account to print off the tickets to notice it had been cancelled. I was not notified of this cancellation. I’ve have emailed the contact organiser form on the website with no response. I emailed the main email address on their website and was asked for evidence of my tickets which I found odd as my original email contained my order number and a screenshot of my booking. I have had no response since and it’s been one month. I have chased up several times and still no response. This company is a scam and I can’t believe I fell for it. It looks so genuine. I wish I checked their socials first as nothing had been posted in over a year. I called my bank who unfortunately can’t help.

SCAM - stay away from this company. They represent themselves as Explore Hidden, Viral Ventures, and Immersive Ventures. It's nothing but a scam. They offered a Disney show at our local Dave and Busters. They cancelled the show and said it was being rescheduled. Then they cancelled that show and then said that the new show that they rescheduled was being rescheduled to a different date and "surprise" location. At that point, we cancelled. They said they refunded our money after several emails. They didn't. We even were foolish enough to buy the purchase protection plan which was also a scam. Just stay away from this company at all costs. I doubt they even ever perform. They just collect money and then cancel. We were planning to take our entire family. So they stole quite a bit of money from us. Our credit card company won't even help us out because we already paid the balance since the show was originally scheduled for 2 months after we paid. We got screwed.

I have been trying to get my money back from a canceled event. It had been rescheduled twice, but they ignore my requests for a refund. The only way to contact them is through email. Don’t book through them!!!

This company is a total scam. They will keep cancelling and rescheduling your event, and if you want the refund they promise they will avoid you and not give you your money back. They are thieves. I am reporting them to the BBB and I hope others do the same. PLEASE avoid at all costs!!

Bought tickets for an event which got cancelled without telling us.
After contacting they'd said they'd refund but still haven't 3 months later
Now they are ignoring emails. If anyone has any advice on taking this further succesfully, I'd be pleased to know.

charged me 100 euro for an event that eventually did not exist, no one is responding, so essentially they stole my money

Scam - they overbooked and told us to leave and will not issue a refund!

Booked tickets for Tinseltown and was a fun event

I booked tickets for Karen's diner in Amsterdam. I get a message that the location changed but it still was in Amsterdam. That was ok for me. But the new location was NEAR Amsterdam and not in Amsterdam. So I want my money back but they don't answer my emails, chats, contactform etc.
It is all fake. Don't buy tickets here.

This company is completely untrustworthy. I bought tickets to an event in Vancouver. They emailed to tell me they cancelled it on Sep 6 and said I could request a refund by filling in an online form. I did so immediately and then heard nothing from them. On Sep 14 I followed up to ask where my refund was and they said that refunds were issued on the first Wed of every month. I found that rather suspicious but played along with it. Oct 4 came and went and no refund was issued. I tried contacting them and they have ignored me since. Good thing I used my Visa and have started a chargeback process.

Look at other reviews on their Facebook page. They literally take your money, cancel the events (or postpone them indefinitely) and then refuse to issue you a refund. How they are still allowed to operate is beyond me!

Since this company ignored my emails, I left some comments on their Facebook page hoping to get a response. Instead, they deleted my comments and blocked me from their Facebook page. Definitely a scam company. Stay away!

8 weeks after event Karen’s Diner was cancelled by them still no sign of refunds and use every excuse from need bank details etc to its with accounts, when they can be bothered to respond. Will never book through this company again and will be looking at a chargeback through bank .

UPDATE PayPal interved twice as no refund was given, they then on two different occasions refunded me but cancelled the transaction straight away, till PayPal refunded me

Event was canceled witgh no prior information. we found out once at the venue, £120 paid and hard to get back. Absolutl jo9ke. ITS A SCAM!

I went to the Christmas one and Peter Pan event in Melbourne, Australia and they were so bad. The photos they post to promote it is complete false advertising. I'm pretty sure they may be using photos/vids from New York events or something.. Because trust me, the events I attended to look NOTHING like the pictures/videos. The drinks that come with the tickets are also OVERLY sweet and watered down. Also, when you try to contact them on Instagram or email, they never reply.
