My aged mother caught the same as others. How do they get away with it?

This should be a 0 star review. Elderly mum scammed twice, £400, seems to be a recurring theme reading other reviews. Unable to contact due to 'no available operators' and 'no storage space on ansaphone'. So basically no service at all. Shocking.

Scam company preying on vulnerable elderly people… same policy sold to my mother twice with overlapping dates. Over £400 taken with no response when contacted….

I am afraid that I have to add yet another vulnerable and elderly person to the list of people who have been cold called and persuaded to take out boiler service cover that they do not need. The company have repeatedly refused to cancel the agreement, even though they were called within a couple of days of the cold call taking place. Avoid at all costs!

Just want to say thank you to the engineer who fixed my leak. Really polite and respectful and made a real effort to explain how the leak had happened and how he fixed it.
This is the 2nd time I’ve had them out and both times they’ve been brilliant.

Scamming old ladies with terminal cancer! Just found out my mum has been scammed out of £400. They phoned her and got £200 and then repeated the disgusting scam again! Phone number is fake! We are going to the police.

Great communication and fast from the moment I made my claim.
Pete was my boiler engineer and he had my boiler back up and running in about 45 mins, he done a brilliant job explaining what went wrong and how it was fixed.

My friend asked me to e-mail them as he couldn't get through on the phone, to arrange a boiler service for his mum as she has 2 years cover with them, after finally arranging the service they never showed, just excuses, rearranged to come on 12th march, but still no one showed, my friend has now given up and gone with British gas, this company seems to take people's money but do not deliver what they promise to, so beware.

This Company convinced my 86 year old father to pay £220 for boiler cover which he already has with another Company. They returned the payment they took in October 2022 but took a further payment in October 2023 despite confirming by e mail that the Contract had been cancelled and said the auto renewal on the card was also cancelled. Despite many phone calls and e mails the second payment has still not been refunded and they are not answering any calls or e mails.

It seems they don't actually service boilers and heating systems at all. They just scam gullible grannies! I parted with £160 over the phone. Never again!!!

Quick response, friendly and professional service. My gas leak was fixed the same day I called the engineer out, very happy with the outcome.

I just wanted to say what a brilliant company they are, I had a boiler repair plan with them and low and behold my boiler packed in, I called them up and they had someone at my door within the hour and fixed my boiler and touch wood it’s been fine ever since. Just wanted to say thank you to the lad who came out and I would definitely recommend them.

They came out last second and found the fault straight away would definitely use again. Great job
