I have a ticket for seat at table and for photograph also for Sugar Ray Leonard in Glasgow for 16th October 2025 this was acancelled this had been rearranged from June 2025 cancellation. I received an email saying that I would be contacted in January. I have received no communication. It’s almost a year after the original event. To be quite honest with you I find this to be appalling customer experience. They could at least tell me new date and update my tickets or refund me. The only thing I am having An Experience With is frustration.

The event was unfortunately cancelled. I’d book the main event and a private meet and greet. I requested refunds. Both were paid immediately without any problems. Excellent customer service.

Despite Mel Gibson cancelling his event, the support team at "An Experience with" handled the refund cordially and swiftly.

The event I booked was cancelled with future dates unknown. I explained I wanted a refund as I didn’t want to wait for future dates. This was done really quickly.

Disappointing that an experience with Mel Gibson was postponed, not the company's fault, I couldn't wait for new dates to be released and asked for a refund, I was refunded within two days and I was very happy with this.

There’s always room for improvement that’s why I don’t give it a 5 star. However, I cannot take away the fact that this company unfortunately had to cancel a date I originally booked due to unforeseen circumstances with Mel Gibson. However, they gave me an option to cancel and I received my refund within 2 to 3 days. I can’t thank them enough for sorting me out so promptly.

I had booked a Platinum Dinner table for the “Mel Gibson Experience” in Glasgow, which was due to take place on 10th May. Unfortunately, the event had to be postponed due to unforeseen changes in Mel Gibson’s working schedule.

As the event did not go ahead, I can't base this review on the actual experience. Instead, this review reflects only my dealings with the company, “An Experience With.”

Before making my booking, I had a few queries, and their customer service team responded promptly and helpfully. The booking process itself was straightforward, and I received confirmation and tickets quickly, with clear follow-up communication.

When I was informed that the event had been postponed, I was given the option to retain my tickets for a future date. However, I chose to request a refund. My request was accepted immediately without any issues, and the refund was processed within a few days.

While I am disappointed not to have attended the event, I understand that this was outside the company’s control. Overall, I found their handling of the situation to be efficient and hassle-free, and I was pleased with the level of service provided.

I will look out for future 'An Experience with' events and be happy to book through them.

Booked for the Mel Gibson event in May 2026, but for reasons out of AEW control, the event had to be cancelled. Being honest, based on the reviews from the cancelled Al Pacino evening (and some of my own poor past experiences) my first thought was "I'm not going to get my money back", however AEW refunded the payments in full, and very promptly. My only small criticism is there is never a name on the AEW email signatures, so you never know who you are communicating with, which feels quite impersonal. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Hopefully the event will be rescheduled for dates I can make, but if not, I hope everyone has a wonderful night :-)

Absolutely useless company. Like everyone else on this site I bought tickets for Al Pacino - this one as for Newport. Paid, event was cancelled and no refund. Daylight robbery. I have instructed a solicitor to take legal action against this company. Update: Experience With contacted me asking me for additional details but have both actioned anything since me having done this - again, totally useless!

Update 4.5.26 - even after responding to my initial review here on Trustpilot, I have still heard nothing back regarding my refund.
SHOCKING! I purchased Al Pacino Glasgow tickets back in 2022. I have been in touch with the company several times regarding my refund and have either been given excuses or ignored. I am still waiting on a response from my last email in February. After spending upwards of £1300 for the VIP tickets, this experience has caused nothing but stress and I will be taking this further with legal action. The company details written by themselves on Trustpilot states that they make dreams a reality - the reality has been nothing but a nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought 3 tickets for An Experience with Al Pacino in Dublin to take place in 2022 that never did. Told last year that refund was being processed. It never was. Today they are saying they are “unable to issue any monetary refunds”. This is hundreds of euros they’ve kept without ever rescheduling the event.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I HAVE PURCHASED 3 TICKETS TO MEET SUGAR RAY LEONARD. THE EVENT GOT CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED TWICE AND CANCELLED AGAIN. I HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY DO NOT REPLY FOR WEEKS AND EVEN MONTHS. I EVENTUALLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM TO SAY THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR MERCHANT PAYMENTS AND COULD I WAIT 4 WEEKS AND CONTACT THEM AGAIN FOR MY REFUND AND THEY WILL ENSURE THEY PAY ME BACK! I DID SO 4 WEEKS LATER BUT THEY HAVE IGNORED EVERY EMAIL I HAVE SENT SINCE. THERE IS NO CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE FOR THEM, SO YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE! BE VERY AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE AS YOU WILL HAVE A NIGHTMARE GETTING A REFUND IF THE EVENT GETS CANCELLED.

Avoid! We booked tickets for Sugar Ray Leonard, which was postponed and then eventually cancelled.
Have emailed on numerous occasions and despite promises of a refund still no refund! Since I’ve posted this, they have now made the refund (today) but took months as the event was postponed to October in May and then cancelled so 6 months to process a refund.

I am another customer that has been scammed regarding the Al Pacino event in London that should have taken place in November 2022 and then it was postponed to April 2023 and after that only silence!!

A whole year ago I did require refund of almost £1,400 but I got a lot of different bad excuses and 3rd April 2025 I was told another time that it was ongoing...

I can't understand how this scam company can continue running those events with the extremely bad reputation they got - and especially it's impossible to understand why they act like this when they are cooperating with such honourable actors and superstars!!

Now I'm going to take legal actions....

Do not recommend! Like many reviewers here, I bought 2 tickets to Al Pacino back in 2022 but the event was 'postponed' and they gave me an option to either receive credit for another event or refund- I asked for a refund and still nothing! 3+ years later! They would give no substantial updates or ask you to take it up with your bank directly but as the bank will not see the event as 'cancelled' they also cannot issue a refund. Clever way to keep hold of customer's money for this large event!!! Shame on you AEW.

3 years waiting my husband and I are waiting for a refund of over a thousand pounds for a show with Al Pacino in Dublin that was reschuled and then subsequently cancelled. Terrible company just blames event bright who in turn sends the complaint to an experience with. If show go ahead well and good but if they are postponed say goodbye to your money.
