Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever!! Made a mistake with my second name and it was their mistake. I figured it out one day before my flight to NY and they couldn't do anything. At some point the customer support stoped answering me. Worst site EVER! Don't use it. Seems like a scam!

Don't buy a gift voucher
Failure to extend a gift voucher that expired 7 weeks ago is pretty petty.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry I would not recommend!
*UPDATE*
Email received explaining the company will not extend the voucher as other vouchers were extended in 2024 due to COVID (WHO ended the pandemic effectively from May 2023 and the voucher you extended September 2024) however Athan explained under no circumstances are vouchers extended. It is hardly fair to make an exception for others and the fail to make an exception for another - very unreasonable on your behalf.

Es tut mir leid, aber ich muss hier definitiv eine 1 Stern Bewertung abgeben, da der Sachverhalt nach fast zwei Wochen immer noch nicht geklärt ist. Ich bin Botschafter von der Firma Dannemann und hatte ein Event in Berlin gebucht. Im Internet hatte ich mit dem Gutschein Code in Berlin das NH Hotel am Potsdamer Platz gebucht und meine Bestellbestätigung mit allen Nummern bekommen. Als ich dann voller Freude ein paar Wochen später in Berlin angekommen war, wollte ich im Hotel einchecken. Das Event war auch noch nicht im Gange und hatte noch 60 Minuten, welches ich dann zu Fuß zurücklegen wollte. Am Schalter begegnete man mir dann mit der Aussage, dass keine Buchung vorliegt. Es gab einen hin und her, der Gutschein bzw die Nummern waren nicht bekannt und man verwehrte mir das Zimmer über Hotelgift.
Ich ging also erst einmal zu meinem Event packte meine Sachen wieder ins Auto und sprach das Thema dann während des Treffens an. Wir gingen dann zusammen mit der Regionalleiter in das Hotel und es lag immer noch keine Bestätigung seitens Hotel Gift vor, Dannemann bezahlte das Zimmer dann noch einmal, um die Übernachtung vollständigen zu können, so dass ich dann nicht nach Hause fahren musste.
Als ich dann die nächsten Tage wieder zu Hause ware, habe ich natürlich Kontakt auf und schickte Hotelgift die Rechnung, die wir dann mit der normalen Bezahlung bekommen haben. Seitdem hat sich hier nichts, außer ein ewiges schriftliches hin und her mit E-Mails, getan. Ein absolut trauriges Bild, HotelGift sagt, ich soll mich an das Hotel wenden, das Hotel sagt, ich soll mich an Hotelgift wenden. Eine Katastrophe, ich kann nur abraten, über diesen Dienstleister einen Gutschein zu kaufen, bezahlen Sie lieber das Hotel und sparen Sie sich den Ärger.
