Having used many travel agents over the years, and travelled over land, sea, and air, my experience with Kevin (at Travel Bookers) has been second to none.

Not only was Kevin accommodating and helpful, but in my opinion, he went above and beyond what is required by a travel agent.

My partner is Autistic, and she has issues with anything which isn't straightforward. He alleviated all her fears and anxiety.

He would telephone to answer any questions that I had, and believe me, I had many.

He found the best prices (I did my own research too) for flights, villa accommodation, and tickets to both Disney & Universal, and car hire.

Kevin, many thanks for all the help and dedication you have shown my partner and me.

After spending weeks looking for our first trip to The Maldives somehow i came across Kev from Travel Bookers. So glad i did he found the best deal sorted everything out for us. Now back after an amazing holiday and will not be using anyone else, anything i needed he sorted.

Kevin was excellent. He prepared a number of different options for me and then once I had chosen the holiday he also arranged UK internal flights. He was amazing from start to finish and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Kev has been great at quoting each time I ask. I don’t feel the pricing is as competitive as it used to be. I used to always book my holidays through Bluebay/Caribbean Warehouse. Even booked my wedding with them.
Update - booked with them and had a great two weeks in the Caribbean. All went smoothly. Price was a little cheaper than Tui and I was happy to book. Any questions I had day or night were answered quickly by phone or email.

Kevin has now booked several holidays for us as a family and always first class service, always takes note of our specific requirements and finds something we will like, we have booked tailor made, standard packages and cruises and will continue to use Kevin. Not only that prices are always competitive and we like the knowledge that Kevin has of the long haul destinations.

Great customer care and patience whilst exploring a number of resort options

Kevin Kneale was approachable, responsive, clear and found the best deal for us. I work during the day and he was available evenings (he took my call at 9:40pm!) which suited me. I'd definitely recommend and will use him for future holidays.

Kevin is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He has booked a number of holidays for me now and each time has been informative and helpful, he has good knowledge of various long haul destinations and so is able to help you get the best out of your holiday. He’s very responsive and works hours that fit in very well with being able to sort things out after work, he works hard to find the right destination or resort according to your brief and also let’s you know of any other options you might not have considered. I would have no hesitation in booking through Kevin time and time again.

I have booked 2 holidays with Kevin at Blue Bay travel now. I returned to book my second holiday because he was so good finding exactly what I requested for my first holiday, getting a good deal and good flight times. He made our second booking for a large group and was very patient to meet the variety of requirements our all ages in our group!
