HORRIBLE!!!
HORRIBLE!!!! My wife pre ordered a watch band for my Apple Watch Ultra so that I’d surely receive it for Christmas 2023. Sad to say Christmas came and went. I emailed Exonaute to verify my order # 1797 and kindly asked when could I expect my watch band. I was told the first week of January. The first week of January also came and went. I emailed Exonaute agin. The response I got was the last week of January. Well, here we are at January’s end. No watch band!!! At this point I think I’m just going to ask for a refund. I’m not sure what the massive hold up is with this company and why all the lies and false hope are told to customers. But take it from me, PLEASE DON’T waste your time and money. It’s obvious these people don’t care about customer service. Good luck, you’ve been warned 🛑
Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money
I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I had to experience the same situation of paying for a product in November, and have yet to receive nothing but excuses. I have never dealt with such sorry Customer Service emailing out multiple tracking numbers yet never turning over the product to the company to deliver. Answering emails as if the we the customer has the problem. We shouldn’t have bought the watchband then we wouldn’t be in the situation. They are correct. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Like the most recent reviews below, I had a similar experience with this company. I ordered a band for the Ultra back in Nov and the ship date kept creeping. Contacted "customer service" several times with zero response. I finally canceled my order and demanded a refund but had to threaten dispute with Visa before they refunded. No message, not contact, nothing, just a note that my order was canceled.
I love to support new and small businesses but some of these people are just not meant for business. Now reading the reviews of people who actually received their band (the very few) Im glad my order was canceled, sounds like a classic overpromise/under deliver situation. Its sad too because this is not rocket science.
Update after their reply: Their statement of "sending multiple updates" is categorically false. I received ONE update that moved the ship date from 10 Dec to 24 Dec. No such other update was ever sent (I didnt miss those as I checked all my inboxes, you just never sent them). You also never once replied to any of the e-mails I sent to you inquiring.

$200 worth? Of disappointment!
Ordered the MW-02 (Order No. 1393) )for the Apple Watch Ultra back in October. It finally arrived this week in January and I have to say I was horribly disappointed. I paid $200 for a watch band that didn’t even come with any tools to resize it or even any instructions and the huge pins for the links are not standard ones. The one tool it does come with is half a little flat head screwdriver for the watch casing that looks like a bit to a tool set. It barely got the job done. Then I discovered that the metal clasp doesn’t snap down well. Every time I take the watch off I have to smash it down at all sorts of weird angles to get it to snap in place and even then it snaps open if I move my wrist a certain way. Clasp also feels unfinished and snags on my clothing. Not exactly what I was expecting for a $200 product! Customer service also refuses to contact me back but had the gall to request a review so here I am!
Customer Service is non existent and they do not deliver....

I purchased numerous products from Exonaute before Xmas 2023 on 3 orders. The in stock products were delivered , thanks you,
BUT ..... I also ordered the new MW02 watch band that was going to be ready on the 14th Dec, then it moved to the 24th Dec, then I emailed and got a vague response of first or second week in Jan 2024. We are now in week 3 Jan, NOTHING ZIP NADA, no response to 3 emails...customer service is poor and I have no idea whether this is now a situation of trying to obtain funds by deception or whether they will deliver as there is no response to emails ! And there is no phone number .... you maybe a small company but there is no room to be rude to customers !
Oh and please explain to me why my order has not shipped but your website is showing stock in all sizes ? Hmmmm so obviously they’ve been delivered ?
Order number 1743 as per email sent , 2 today , and others previously ...

I keep watching the negative Trustpilot reviews stack up as I sit here, impatiently waiting for my watch band to arrive. I don’t know if and when I will actually receive the product and based on the recent reviews of the exact item, I assume I will receive a sub-par band. I pre-ordered a band based on the advertised availability of Dec 14. It was a very important Christmas gift that I still have not received. Some time after the promised date, the website changed to say “available Dec 24”, a ridiculous promise seeing as the 24th was a Sunday preceding the holidays. I wasn’t happy but I figured I would receive it by the end of the year still. I e-mailed at the end of December asking for a status update. I was told that it would ship the first or second week of January which seems to have been the standard response based on other reviews here. This is now January 17 and I haven’t had any communication this year. No update, no shipping confirmation, no apologies and nothing to do. Sadly, I don’t want to make waves as I would still like to receive the product. I hope it is what it is supposed to be and not a flaming piece of trash like the previous reviewer received.
Update. On Jan 20 I received an e-mail stating that my order is on the way and giving me a DHL tracking number. Jan 24, I contacted DHL to see why the shipment isn't moving. They haven't even received the package! All Exonaute did was print the label but my band is still sitting in their building. So much for 2-3 day international priority shipping. I got hopeful and now I'm extremely frustrated again sitting in limbo. If this thing ever arrives, it better be the pinnacle of human engineering and the most beautiful, flawless piece of jewelry to ever exist.
Last update. The band finally shipped. It was given to DHL a full week after I was sent the email saying that it shipped. I have received it.
The unboxing. The packaging was underwhelming after seeing Exonaute’s posts about its awesome new packaging. Since this was a brand new item, you would think it would come with the the latest and greatest packaging. First, mini heart attack as the tag on the packaging said it was a band for a regular watch, not an ultra. Open the box and you are greeted by a band that looks like it’s for the regular watch as it comes with the wrong screws to assemble it. The stupid, annoying slotted screws that trigger my OCD daily as you can never have them all facing the same way. Not the hex countersunk screws as in the marketing pictures. The tool for the screws is embarrassing as it isn’t remotely the right size. The band does come with an extra link and a half link as advertised.
The band itself. It is assembled by people that clearly don’t give a damn as all the links are facing random directions so it needs to be completely taken apart and reassembled uniformly. The pins seem sturdy and function well. The band is easy to resize. The case does not come with any kind of shims or isolators and the watch fits a tiny bit loose. When the watch vibrates, it rattles in the case. The latch. What the hell? It’s more of a friction fit than a click. It takes about a hundred pounds of force to close it fully, no exaggeration. It doesn’t ever seem to latch fully so it seems like it could come unclasped in some situations. The piece you have to pry on to release the latch permanently sticks out quite far from the band and is unfinished. It is near razor sharp on both corners. I have caught it on clothes and cut my skin with it.
Finally, I rate the company a 0 due to the lack of communication and the ignorant responses to reviews blaming the consumer for not expecting delays. I rate the band a 3 because it looks great and is unique but only because of the preorder price I paid and the additional discount code I used on top of that. At full price, the band is a 1 and a disappointment. Based on this, I raised the average to a 2 for my “experience”.
Horrible Experience and horrible quality
I pre ordered the MW02 for my Apple Watch Ultra October 25th of 2003 with a projected ship date for December 4th. The beginning of December I received an email stating that it wouldn’t ship until December 24th. Finally, in the beginning of January I sent a message asking about the ship date and was told it would be the first or second week of January. I finally had to threaten to cancel my order before they shipped it. To say this is a quality band would definitely be a lie. The pins are too small to hold the band together, the clasp does not lock over the top of the magnetic piece, etc. The $19.00 watch band I bought on Amazon is better than this POS. You would think that for the price it would quality craftsmanship. Definitely not worth $200. I would definitely by another watch band off of Amazon before I buy anything from Exonaute.
Horrible customer service - Becky is awful
Horrible. Becky won’t fix her mistake and send me the watch band. Ship it out without a street address and claims it’s my fault. Has my watch and money. Order number 1822. Dec. 19th. Avoid dealing with them at all costs
Follow up to their response. What an awesome canned answer when you know good and well Becky what you need to do. Mail me the watch band. That’s all. Paid Dec 19th as a Christmas gift. That’s been ruined. Just send the band. How hard is that? It’s easier than replying to this post. Send it.
I’ve already exchanged several emails with customer service @ EXONAUTE aka Becky and it’s a waste of time.
Send the watch band
Responds they hope to turn my experience around. No reply to many emails. No reply to my charge back inquiry. Just blames me. I mean what sort of company and customer service department lose a sale of $200 plus the bad press over $10 for shipping my item to the correct address. All I want is my watch band.
Update/ Still has not sent watch band or refund as promised but now is fighting the chargeback from discover. 420809109305510944102763538449 USPS traacking showing it was delivered to original sender as they did not put my actual street address on the label.

The item is AWESOME! Excellent quality and amazing design. Feels great in the wrist and really comfortable to wear. The item arrived in very, very short time. nicely packaged and with the necessary tools. The extra link and link screw a nice surprise.
Only whammy... I had to pay extra charges for import to Japan. But I guess I have Japanese Customs to blame.

I got a bracelet (MB-02) from Exonaute and I’m very satisfied. They are high-quality and worth the money. The store also offered free shipping at that price so that’s a plus!
