Incomplete Dashboard KYC Update - Causing Dashboard Issues & Preventing Payout Requests
Hello,
I'm writing this in hopes to get my account dashboard issues resolved once and for all.
I have not had any real progress with the support team via email or socials up to now and it has been almost a week and a half since I raised my initial concern to you via email on February 6th as well as Instagram on February 8th. Your claim is that response times are quick between 24-48 hrs and that support is available between 9am-6pm EST between Monday-Friday however on most occasions, I don't hear from you for days at a time. And when I do, it is most certainly not during business hours. I have the email receipts.
Today is February 15th and the KYC on my dashboard has still not been updated even though I submitted my documents to you via e-mail over 3 weeks ago. On January 27th (same day I submitted), I received an email response from you indicating that my KYC documents were approved and they would be uploaded to my Dashboard once KYC was back online. It was your responsibility to take care of this. Again, let me reiterate that today is February 15th and I'm still waiting for this to be done.
In addition to the above, my latest funded account was activated 11 days ago on February 5th and between this time, I have generated a profit which I have not been able to request a payout for because the payout screen has been locked due to KYC not being updated. Again, you are making claims and openly promoting lightning quick/on demand payouts yet not providing your traders with the capability to do so is unethical to say the least.
I finally received your email response dated February 12th to which I responded on the same day. Let me again clarify that your back end technical issues (system side corruption, dashboard resynchroniztaion etc.) have nothing to do with me and should not cause a hinderance in my ability to operate this account normally. Especially since I paid a $399 USD fee to activate the account. On top of the challenge fees that I've paid as well.
Up to now, you have not prioritized my concern regarding the KYC or managed my
expectations in terms of when exactly this KYC dashboard update will be fully completed and when I will be able to request a payout through my dashboard. In your last email (ie. Feb 12), you indicated it would be done as soon as possible and that was 4 days ago. I have sent another follow up email to the team earlier today.
Right now, it feels like you're stalling and obtaining a resolution from you seems like a shot in the dark at best.
Never have I been put through such a stressful situation with any prop firm regarding a simple KYC profile update. Totally unacceptable business practice.
I signed up with Exodus because I anticipated a much smoother, faster overall experience based off of my own inquiry and reviews. Hasn't exactly been the case.
I have refrained from giving your team a negative review at this time to resolve this matter amicably and continue our relationship but I need a resolution asap. Time is of the essence. So much has been wasted already.
I am going to keep adding to this review until I have an acceptable answer as to why after almost 12 days of your team completing their verification of KYC file again, resynchronization and updating of the dashboard etc, my KYC has still not been updated and the payout request screen is still locked.

Will accuse of hedging and then delete your accounts and ghost you
I purchased and passed 2 account and failed on. Upon receiving 2 funded account I failed one and made 11k on the other. When I asked about features that I do not have access to “on demand payouts.” I received a reply that accused me of hedging and asked for an explanation of my strategy. I provided that as I never was in any account at the same time and never traded in opposite directions. Next my account were deactivated and no explanation or response ever given. When I first signed up I paid through whop but after passing they rufunded my card payment and I had to pay with crypto to get my funded access. So there is no way for recoup those funds now. I was very disheartened because I was excited to utilize their rules and still trade on MT4. However I can only conclude that they are just scamming people and have turned off all social media commentary as well. I can provide screenshots and proof to anything I state I am a real customer. It’s been a week with no response.
In response to their reply. I use an EA that is a trade manager tool called Trade Assistant which is available for MT5 and MT4 in their shop. It may show as EA but it is self managed. It is telling in the way they respond here attacking when they never even responded to my explanation email. HFT and/or Hedging are both specifically easily provable. I was never in either account at the same time in any direction let alone opposite directions. HFT is usually defined by time in a trade, usually seconds. Probably all of my trades were held for many minutes unless I go break even and get stopped out or take a small loss. The sheer volume of trades doesn’t not violate any rules. I take the smallest lot size .01 and add as I break even and protect prior positions. In the account I failed gold move against me massively during a news event that and I didn’t have a stop loss present. It is a risk I took within the rules and it didn’t work out. Should have no bearing on the other account as they were never traded at the same time and have absolutely zero overlapping trades.
Anyways please don’t believe gaslighting general responses from this company. I have many payouts from other prop firms. It’s unfortunate because I had high hopes for them but their response is telling and you can decide for yourself. You will see many things are not as advertised at all and now when you see the tone of their response along with never actually responding directly to my email. I am not someone who games systems and I respect rules that are clearly defined. Also even though I generally understand those rules for most prop firms anyways, they don’t even seem to have them posted or defined for themselves.
Finally, I’d like to be clear that I was never given a response identifying what specific trades are in violation. Though the choose to introduce now high frequency as an issue in their response here.
