Good comms prompt,problem sorted efficiently would use again

Just a quick note to say how lucky you are to have such a diligent and hardworking employee in Dave. Despite being confronted by a truly awful problem Dave literally went the extra 37m to do everything he could to find a solution. As you can imagine I'm delighted with the result and just wish I'd been able to get Dave out to deal with the problem sooner.

So be sure to give Dave a big pat on the back, he was not only friendly, helpful and positive but his determination and perseverance has solved an awful problem for our family...many thanks Dave!!

Called having discovered a huge blockage in my drains, which was going to stall some building work that was about to commence. The phone was answered straightaway, and the lovely lady who picked up was really helpful. Explained that they had someone who could come after they finished the job they were on. An hour later, a really nice guy turned up and worked really hard to clear my blockage - which he did!
Excellent service all round. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

So easy to deal with and great value. Had a blockage to a surface water drain which turned out to be a collapsed subterranean pipe which was also full of chunky tree roots. The guys who turned up worked like troopers in a cramped, soaking wet environment on a freezing cold horrible day to try and clear as much as possible in order to get a temporary flow reinstated pending pipe renewal.
I’ve used Exject a number of times previously which is why I used them again & they certainly didn’t disappoint. A quick shout out for Steve and Sam who attended, hard workers who know there stuff!

Had a blockage in the toilet ,somewhere between soil pipe and main pipes resulting in water backing up. Plumber found offending item (rim block holder) but thought there was a second blockage which he did not have the equipment to locate hence call to Exjet.
Am a shift worker so booked convenient appointment via phone, where staff were efficient and friendly explaining their rates clearly. Prompt attendance by engineers, engaged well and went to work finding the offending object (suction cup holder).
Next time (hopefully there won't be) I will call Exjet first. Would recommend.

GREAT SERVICE from start to finish had a great service from Exjet, The technician that came to unblock our toilet was amazing, didn't give up until he found the problem, which turned out to be a old rim block carrier which had got lodge in the u-bend. (We were told by Dyno rod that we had a weak flush.) The phone booking was easy and very helpful.

I contacted Exjet to see if they could come out to unblock a drain on Boxing Day, which they managed later that afternoon (thank you). The engineer who came out was both very friendly and very knowledgable. Not only did he unblock the drain efficiently, he also informed us that it appears that the drain is shared with our neighbour, and therefore the repsonibility of South West Water. He advised us that we should contact them to see if we could be reimbursed with the costs from SWW. This is currently ongoign but appears very positive, so thank you very much for the advice.

Phoned for a drain unblock - as it was a Saturday was put through to the out of hours service - unfortunately they were really unhelpful so we put the phone down after giving our address. Later in the day there was a knock at the door and an Exjet engineer was passing from a previous job and called by to check we were okay and had sorted our issue. The employee had listened to the call and realised we needed assistance and offered to help if we needed it. He was really helpful and sorted our issue really quickly. Would definitely recommend but if calling out of hours don’t be put off by the out of hours call centre.

We had a sewage upsurge from the drain in the charity shop necessitating us closing immediately, upon calling Exjet, they understood the urgency of the situation and got a team there within the hour, despite being busy. The chap was polite, 0organised and thorough - cleaned up after his work and overall he made a horrible experience less fraught.

Blocked drains... same day service. Did what they said they’d do, useful advice going forward, charged what they said they’d charge, effective and efficient.

Getting a quote and organising things beforehand was easy and simple. On the day they came when they said they would, were friendly, hardworking and professional. They allowed people in the village to get in and out when needed.

It wasn't urgent, but they still agreed to come next day. The operator rang me to confirm exact arrival time. He was courteous and efficient and got the job done. Price was reasonable for a man and equipment to come to my house. If only all companies were this effective.

Exjet expertise resolved our surface water drainage system problems with their excellently equipped van and support staff.
Their use of latest CCTV, power jetting system and well trained staff, did the job safely and neatly in difficult circumstances.
