Ben and vicky have been amazing with sorting out our remortgage even with interest rates shooting up massively our rate has only gone up slightly so very happy with that the communication has been flawless and I couldn't ask for more from them both

From my first initial call with Vicki, I knew that I was in great hands. Really helpful from the outset and helpful, if there was anything that I needed, it was delt with straight. The solicitor that our new lender uses were not the best, but after a word with Vickie, she worked her magic and everything that was getting dragged and delayed, seemed to get seen to ASAP.
