Well I give you a chance and brought something from yourselves and now I want to send it back I’ve had no response from my email. You tell people to send you an email for your free returns label and no response back. So today it’s cost me another £6.15 to get this back to you. At least I have proof of postage back to yourselves but won’t hold my breath for a quick refund. I will definitely will be checking all the small print from online stores from now on. Sorry to say I won’t be using your services again.. From your reply to this if you could post pictures on here I would show you I contacted you at the help email address. So yes I did contact you.

Each time we come over to Northern Ireland we always go to the two shops. Great sales deals and never disappointed! Buying for both me and one of our boys the service and craic are top notch. Don’t hesitate to visit or buy for a great service and even better clothing!!

Guys, I’ve been a customer for years with long purchase history. I went into store on Friday in a rush, grabbed a top and two shirts as I couldn’t decide which shirt suited best-over £350 in purchases. I kept two items and took back one of shirts day later. Same guy who sold me items told me I could only get a credit note on returned shirt. The sign on till said nothing about no refunds, nothing was said on purchase and he said it was in small type on receipt. Returned on-line purchases get full refund. I will spend my credit note and that’s me DONE as a customer of Excel!! So much for shopping in local high street shops and looking after loyal customers!! Real shame!!

I wasn't sure about ordering from this website as contact information was just an email. However I did see two physical shops online and went ahead and ordered a Belstaff jacket. The order process and tracking was great and the jacket arrived a day early. The jacket was 100% genuine and in perfect condition. I had a slight issue with the jacket size and had to return it, unfortunately they didn't have the smaller size but I did get a full refund. I also received the refund within 5 days back into my bank account. I had a few questions through the ordering and return process and my emails were answered typically within the same day.

Overall my experience with this company is 5 star and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely order from the again.

Excel is a top of the line merchant that sells quality items at very good prices... I live in the USA and had my Barbour scarf and hat set delivered to my door in less than a week...! I can't recommend Excel more highly...5 STARS PLUS!

If you are shopping from the US, be aware the return process is not straight forward, you will need to arrange your own return and pay for it ( around $45) given the original shipping cost of $27, also they do not offer exchanges.
If your return gets stuck in customs or something you are not getting your money back.
Given my experience I'll stick with places that offer streamlined return process.
This is not worth it.
