Very helpful auction house
My wife needed to sell some 'antique' toys and railway sets. We visited Sarah, Jonathan and the rest of the Excalibur Team at Excalibur Auctions and found them very helpful.
We left the goods with the team to take to auction. They managed to sell everything and kept us updated with how things were progressing and sent us due payment.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Excalibur Auctions to anyone else with suitable items to sell.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, Sarah, Johnathan and Tom were so helpful and knowledgeable, selling your collection can be a daunting time but they made it as painless as possible and I'd highly recommend them for selling. Fees were all explained and very reasonable for the work they did.

Excellent service
Excellent service from start to finish! The Excalibur team were friendly and helpful. The comic specialist put in a lot of work for a very small return as my lots were not particularly valuable. I received regular communications with all the details I needed. Really recommend this company.

Thank you for the four ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and for taking the time to leave us a review - we do appreciate it. Thank you also for providing more information so I could check into your statement a bit further. I'm sorry you felt that the commission was high but that did include collecting the items from you free of charge (a round trip of 280 miles), as well as photography, advertising, insurance etc - many auction houses charge a fee per lot on top of their commission which ends up being higher than the flat 20% (+VAT for the government unfortunately) that we charge - unfortunately our costs of putting on auctions are very high so we have to cover them with the commissions we charge

Honest people
Really nice, helpful people. Estinated valuation was accurate, in fact we made a bit more that predicted. I would reccomend this company. From start to finish i just felt that they were trustworthy and honest.
