Horrible! No...that is not an exaggeration. Zero stars. I have never worked with any pharmacy as negligent, and dishonest as they are. They merged/replaced Divvydose, and I'm sure most if not all will refuse to deal with them. Many disabled people like me, young or old, must rely on having their medications shipped to them. I had no issues with Divvydose, other than it taking far too long to set up my account and send first shipment. Once that was done, it went pretty smoothly. I expected the same with them. I got a 27 day supply instead of 30. The meds are in sealed daily packets, in a roll, placed inside a closed cardboard box. The opening on top allows you to tear the packet of meds you need for that day. I've no way of knowing if any packets/meds are missing unless I rip the box open and count how many packets I have. It's a pharmacy. They have standards in how the meds are counted and filled. How does one miss 3 whole days worth of meds? Today I tore off the last packet. I called them. They told me there was nothing they could do. You wait 30-40 minutes each time to talk to someone and 9 out for 10 times, the phone goes dead 15-20 minutes into waiting. The pharmacy is closed on weekends. There isn't a single pharmacy in every state across the country that is closed on weekends. Less hours on those days, but not closed. You cannot get in touch with a pharmacist or anyone to help you concerning your meds. You will get "someone" to take a note(If you're lucky to get someone on the phone),so "someone" will call you on Monday. Need heart meds that keep you alive and you cannot go a single day without? They will tell you "there's nothing they can do." They didn't give you a 30 day supply? "Nothing they can do." When you talk to any rep, you will be told one thing. The next rep? The exact opposite. I've got my local pharmacist furious, simply because they lied to him. (Not furious at me.) They "supposedly" cancelled my order and I'll be able to have them sent to my local pharmacy. Next rep said there's a note about this, but the order has not been cancelled. Previous rep said if the pharmacist calls today, it can be filled and sent to my local pharmacy today. Last rep said their pharmacy cannot send prescriptions over because there is no pharmacist on weekends. Today is Saturday. If I follow their rules, I won't get my meds shipped to me until Wednesday. That leaves me without meds for 4 days, because I won't get them until late in the afternoon. One of which I cannot go one single day without. I can purchase 3 days worth, without health insurance (because it won't be covered), for nearly 50 bucks. Will they pay for it? No. Can I afford 50 on my disability low income? No. Do you need life savings meds that going even one day without could put you in the ER? They don't care. And you will never get anyone who will be honest with you. Your life is at risk if you use them. Stay away, folks. No exaggeration.

I transferred all my prescriptions to Exactcare because it seemed like it would make life easier. What a joke. After seeing a pain management physician a new prescription was sent in. This was on the 13th of the month. Today I called and was told it would be sent with my meds on the 1st of next month.
When i asked what I was supposed to do, I was told to contact my physician for a new prescription. I have been on the phone at least a dozen times trying to resolve things.
Now, after reading the reviews I'm fearful that Medicare will be charged and I will have no meds. I have attempted to cancel with Exact Care, but some how my call gets dropped each time. Right now I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do.

My doctor sent this pharmacy a medication prescription on zjuly 9th. I called to make sure they received it and that it would be expedited and overnighter. The rep assured me. It wasn't. The next day I called again. It was a Friday, I said it shows it's not been sent, there's no tracking number. I explained to a rep who wasn't paying attention and sounded annoyed at his/her job, who didn't care, that I will get seizures if I stop taking this medication. "You'll get it Saturday. I didn't feel comfortable, so I called again at noon Friday and was assured by another rep who sounded the same way, I asked for a supervisor at this point. They don't ship on Saturday or Sunday. I was hung up on. Called back and was told they'd expedite it. It's Saturday now. I called 3x and was told I won't get my medacine until Tuesday. They didn't care, the Supervisors don't care. I'm going to have seizures starting tomorrow when my medacine runs out. Please do not chose this company. Horrible customer service, I can say this because I worked in a call center and I would have been fired for doing something like this. They lie, they don't ship on time. They lie to get you with them. They said to v worry to me if it doesn't ship, what kind of pharmacy says that. Stay away from them. My doctor cannot do anything because they billed the insurance and it's still sitting with them. They are not trained. Just stay with a regular pharmacy that you trust and like.

This company Exact Care aka AnewHealyhrx.com is a criminal, fraudulent company preying on elderly citizens. I am collecting plaintiffs for a class action. Have you been robocalled? Has a third party connected you to Exact Care? Have they called you despite being on the Do Not Call registry? Are you getting calls after asking to be removed? All of these are criminal and carry statutory penalties of $1500 per call.

Exact Care Pharmacy suck still waiting for a script that should have been here last Monday. The script is still not here and I will be canceling everything with you people. I have been without my sugar medications all this time, WHERE AND THE HELL IS MY MEDICATIONS!!!!!

Not Dependable, You will run out of medication, Customer Service Is non existent in this company. BEWARE!! They will even forget to file your medication charges on your insurance to see if its covered, and send you a huge bill, then cut you off your shipment when your insurance is the company that's demanding you use them! Then they spam call you to sell you their services.

This pharmacy is the worst! First of all, I don't know how they got my information. I already have a pharmacy. They shipped me packets with my medication distributed in packets. I don't have all of my medication and it's incorrect. They told me that they would have FedEx pick it up and that was weeks ago. The Asian woman on the phone was rude and unprofessional.I don't want this pharmacy to fill anything ever!

I have been using exactcare for my son for several years. We have encountered a few problems over these years, but never anything like we’re dealing with now.. My son suffers from severe hypertension. His hypertension caused him to loose his eyesight a few years ago. His medication, which is mainly blood pressure medicine is over a week late being mailed.. we can’t withdraw the prescriptions because exactcare has billed Medicaid for the month.. We’ve been calling several times everyday trying to at least get some type of advice as to what we can do because his blood pressure is rising but everyone we have talked to seems to care less..

They don’t deliver on time and incorrect medication!!!!! Liars.

My mother is on pain medication. I called them when she had about 5 to 6 pills left. I spoke to a representative. They stated her medication was approved and will be shipped out in the next couple of days, nothing ever came. I called back and another representative said the same thing, once again nothing came. I called a third time this representative said the exact same thing and once again nothing came.Now it’s weeks and I had to watch my mom go through so much pain and discomfort. Now I am angry and annoyed. Because it’s not their moms, they act like they care but in reality, they don’t give a 💩

I used ExactCare Pharmacy for six months. My last order, for my 10 prescriptions, was not processed or shipped to me timely. Even though I called ExactCare 16 times over five consecutive days regarding my last order. For unknown reasons, ExactCare didn’t process or ship me my prescriptions on time. I also called and asked to speak to a manager multiple times regarding these issues. I never received a call from a manager to resolve these problems.

As a result of all these errors, I had to pay out of pocket for an emergency supply of my prescriptions. All of my prescriptions had to be transferred to a local pharmacy and then transferred to another home delivery company. I also had to pay to have my medications mailed to me because they didn’t use the correct address on file.

Furthermore, I went four days without my blood thinners, which put me at serious medical risk.

I terminated my account with ExactCare based on the fact that they didn’t do anything to get my order processed and shipped on time.

How does this firm get a 2.5 star review when every review I've looked at is only 1 star? And I would give them less if that were an option.

I received a cold call from this "company" wanting to change all of my prescriptions over to their "free" prescription service. They seemed to have all of my information... full name, address, phone number, as well as my current medical insurance information... (Thanks "Doge" for letting that all out!)

Part of their spiel was getting me to admit how many prescriptions I had after which they told me that their initial delivery would be double so that I would always have a backup.

So I said "4" prescriptions after which the person on the phone said "Tell the pharmacist "8" when she asks you how many prescriptions." I thought this was just a bit odd, so when he connected me with the "pharmacist", I said "Well 4, but they told me to say 8, after which the first guy broke in and said that something happened and our line with the pharmacist got disconnected and then reminded me that I was supposed to just say "8". How weird is this?

He reconnected me with another "pharmacist" and I told them that I was instructed to say 8 even though it was 4. Then the first guy broke in AGAIN reminding me to "just say 8".

I led them on for a while but they eventually got tired of me not giving them the answers they wanted and hung up on me.

I'm 100 percent certain that this is some sort of scam, likely on the Medicare prescription end, and think I will report it as such to Medicare also.

I was called by these people and ended up having them take care of my medications, but then they kept calling me to say they're having problems sending out my meds, and not informing me that one of my prescription wasn't available so I had to call the pharmacy in my area if they had it in stock. Then again a couple days I got a call stating that they were having issues with sending out my medications again. So I called and they didn't know what was going on, so I decided to cancel and have all my medications back to a local pharmacy. And the customer personnel name Lawrence became rude and told me that he will cancel my orders but I had to let Walgreens call them to transfer all my medications back to them. BEWARE if you are thinking of having EXACTCARE handle your medications.

This company keeps leaving messages stating that we have spoken before and they are my pharmacy but they need to get my personal medical information. They are NOT my pharmacy and never have been. They have tons of one star ratings from folks complaining about deceptive sales techniques and harassment with repetitive unwanted calls. They also have tons of complaints for incompetent service. Stay far away from ExactCare.

EXTRACARE PHARMACY...
Do not use them. They promise service after reviewed all my medications diagnosis and local pharmacy records, and then call almost a week later and tell you that you don't fit there program without clarifying the requirements. I have requested that they destroy all of my information, do not sell my information and requested a list of any third parties that they have shared my information and a written statement saying that. Word of advice... just don't try them.

Not a customer and never have been. Randomly, I started receiving calls from India, endlessly trying to sell me this company's services.

The cold callers never identified who they were representing and always called from random numbers but relevant area codes in my tri-state area.

It was always the same. "How are you?" "Do you have diabetes?" "Are you on medicare?" Age, date of birth and then they wanted to know specifically which medications I was on.

No matter how many times I've tried. I have never been able to be removed from their calling list. These fools call sometimes four to eight times a day! Its relentless!

Being nice, respectful and then firm, angry, glib, sarcastic or indifferent does not work! They say you'll be removed but never are!

Eventually, I simply started to play along. Appropriate sounding birth date, had to look up diabetes meds to tell them what "I'm on" (I don't have diabetes or even medicare whatsoever). Finally, I was passed on to a "supervisor" who was delighted to speak with me about how they, (ExactCare) would handle my medication deliveries. I found out this was ExactCare by calmly asking the supervisor questions.

Tried every which way to convince her that I don't want the service. She "understood my problem" but continued to sales pitch me regardless of my objection to being endlessly harassed by ExactCare!

Went to ExactCare's website, found a number, called, spoke with someone who insisted on my date of birth before she could even "handle removing me from the calling list" OUTRAGEOUS!

She would not remove me and even asked if there was "anything else she could help me with!"

Do not bother with this company! Fake phone numbers with official looking caller-id - DOJ, Dept of the Army, realty companies, law firms ....

At my wits end on how to get rid of this place from the endless calls!

When i first signed up I thought it was awesome, someone called me on the phone and talked me into it... After a few months they started harassing me and I thought I did something wrong! I looked at the ratings and all of them were 1 star reveiws... They took me off their program with out telling me and with out my medication i ended up in the hospital the hospital ordered my meds at a local pharmacy then they called the next day screaming at me because my doctor did that, If they had mailed my meds I wouldnt have been in the hospital!
Then i noticed a bunch of fake 5 star reviews and 1 star reveiws eing laft at the same time. it looks like they did this to everyone at the same time and hired 5 star ratings bc they knew
