Lots of communication from the whole team at Evolve, whenever we emailed they would respond quickly answering our questions and queries as first time buyers. Teigan has been very helpful, keeping us in the loop with what’s been going on and the app and portal have been very beneficial for us to know where we were in the process and what was still needing to be completed.

From the moment I first contacted Evolve Law to engage them to look after my house sale/purchase, Tiegan was brilliant. She was always quick and helpful with her responses to any questions I might have, whether on email or by phone. The portal Evolve uses makes it really easy to see how the process is progressing at all times, and in my case everything went through like clockwork and I had moved within less than three months of the offers being accepted. There is one area for improvement, the notary service for foreign nationals who are not resident in the UK. It would be nice to do this in the same way like ETA instead of a lot of paperwork that costs extra.

As clueless first-time buyers, we expected the home-buying process to be a confusing mess of legal jargon and stress. Instead, we got a dream team. Suzette, Ammad, and Tom were absolute legends – calm, clear, and somehow managed to make the whole thing feel way less terrifying than anticipated.

Chloe was super helpful and very patient, having to deal with my buyers' pedantic solicitors. Finally got the sale over the line - thank you Chloe. Highly recommend.

My flat has not been registered with the land registry office for over 4 years now. We were the first to move in, it does not look like our neighbours who moved in after us with the same housing association have had the same problem getting registered. Once I found about this, I contacted Evolve Law in January, we had a remortgage pending, I phoned nearly every week between January and February (spoke to some very pleasant people on the phone), but nothing moved forward, I made a complaint I hoped this would help move things along, the response I received I what I would call defensive rather than helpful.

We chose Evolve Law because of some of the reviews here, in other ways their staff have been helpful when I have asked for information on other matters.

But It's pretty critical for anyone to have their property registered and we have been left in limbo.
