I bought a new e-mtb from Evo Lower Hutt. The staff were very relaxed, and not at all pushy. But they were also very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for me, through selection, sizing, build, getting the suspension dialled in, and pickup. Great service and definitely my preferred LBS in Wellington. Thanks!

I had ordered hydration packs but i never got them i emailed and the team actually got back to me they helped me get it sorted and my package is now on the way things happen thats for sure but it wasnt their fault more like the couriers my package will get to me soon Evos have kept me updated and respond well more than happy with them

Got a booking for my bike within a couple of days. Took it in the day before - the technician said he would fix it now and did it on the spot for a very reasonable price.

Very good customer service. Very quick response to my online question. Purchase sorted, shipped and delivered to pick-up location very quickly. Many thanks EVO.

Purchased a Trek 20 inch Precaliber from Evo a few weeks ago. Had to wait for it to be built and go through what was described as a safety check, so picked it up a few days after purchase. During my 6 year old daughters first ride on it the pedal fell off as she was riding on the road, causing her to careen out of control and crash into the kerb - luckily she wasn't badly injured. I checked the other pedal and it was also loose. I had no tools with me to put the pedal back on so had to call someone to drive over and pick us up. Not surprisingly this put my daughter off the bike. I contacted Evo about this but got no response. I've purchased a lot from Evo in the past, including another bike for myself the same weekend as my daughters bike, but I won't be shopping there again. Appalled they can't tighten pedals on a child's bike and ensure it's safe and then fail to respond.

The Lower Hutt workshop guys are really helpful and there's a great range of hear to choose from.

Evo Queenstown: Two e-bikes in for warranty work, quick turn around in the workshop so we were back on the bikes and issues resolved. Good communication.

Evo Pukekohe: Staff were super helpful and made the whole process easy. When first booking told me there would be a 3 week wait due to bookings, the service team managed to fit us in the following week. Set expectations and over delivered! The work carried out was perfect and to our request, absolute great customer service and communication throughout whole process 5/5. Highly recommend.
