I first discovered the pieces I purchased during one of Evey’s Instagram Live sales and was immediately impressed by how professional, transparent and informative the whole process was. Every item was shown thoroughly and honestly, with plenty of detail, allowing buyers to make an informed decision.

What stood out most was the complete lack of pressure. At no point did I feel pushed into making a purchase. Evey was incredibly honest about the condition of the pieces and took the time to answer questions openly and thoroughly. It genuinely felt as though the focus was on helping customers find something they truly loved rather than simply making a sale.

Beautiful Mulberry bag! What a fabulous service, I was unsure of the size of the bag and received a personal note with a small video clip to show me the size and layout.
