Yes the company indeed has poor customer service but the products are original and if you try to connect to their chat on their website they respond ASAP. Through emails they don't respond at all from my experience. Shipping did delayed but it was because they waited for the products to arrive and they gave me an estimate as to when and they ship them before the date they gave me. I will buy again, it is a legit business with prices you cannot easily bit for original products, I saved for my order at least 90 euros, and I forgive their delay, I know now I will communicate through their chat. Its ok. So since my order arrived, no damage, careful package, original products, I give them 5 stars.

The shipping took a bit long (3 weeks) but the customer service always replied within 24 hours, and i got what i bought. I am totally statisfied with them.

I knew it would take a while to arrive but seemed like my order took longer than normal to arrive. I don't blame Everzon. Other than that, nothing was wrong. My order arrived in good condition.

First time ordering, didn't have the colour I originally ordered, received an email with different colour option the next day and then shipped later that day. Excellent customer service.

I ordered 1 Abyss but Everzon can't sended me this and say they want refund me the Money... I wait 5 weeks but i don't have my Money back and they don't Answer me at my Emails... Im Angry about that and i think my Money is away...

Never received my purchase email several times no reply back not to happy

I purchased a Geekvape Aegis Legend kit and this was my first purchase through EVER on, shipping was fast and effecient. My kit arrived earlier than expected with no damage to the package or the items inside.

These are lying people, don't pay them, you won't get your product. They will send you some empty unsubscriptions that they are supposedly doing something for you, believe me this is not so. Their proposed parcel tracking site gives you the non-existent location of your order. According to this website, the parcel is almost at your home, and according to a letter from a representative of the company, the parcel returned to them allegedly without going through customs. They will try to take your passport details. They will even offer to refund your money and after you agree to a refund, they will change their mind and ask you to wait a little longer to allegedly send your parcel again because it is stuck somewhere. For some time now I have been in correspondence with a representative of the site and I hear one "sorry, wait, wait, sorry" So Everzon order LDE313213152L never reached the customer. Not a large amount spent on you, I'm not sorry, I'm sorry for the time that I lost with you. This review will be useful for someone and they will not waste time on deceivers.

Everzon is one of the best to buy from.
* As long as you don't have a problem with the device.
* And check out the new laws coming into affect on May 1st on vape gear in China.....I think a lot of these online stores will be obsolete.

I was sceptical about this company, as i had not used them before. But the transaction went through fine. The delivery was fairly quick. I believe 10 days to get to me in cornwall uk. I also went onto make a further purchase hours later which turned up the same time. Genuine products and priced really well in comparison

Ordered my purchase on January 18 never got tracking number. Still haven’t received my order and it’s March 2,2022. Will never use again.
