Chef and Zip Line
We used the company’s chef service and zip lining tour. The food was tasty and the zip lining was great! The staff facilitating the zip lining were friendly and patient we felt safe the entire time. I’ll look the company up again the next time I’m in DR!

Loved this beach penthouse! It accommodated 7 of us easily, very comfortable. Million dollar views!
Super easy to prearrange airport transport with Mark, who was very helpful and always prompt with responses.
Easy walk to Kats Corner, Mango Cafe, Corales Pizzeria.

Condo on bávaro beach
Our stay in Condo on bávaro beach with Nadia was NOT as depicted. Unwelcoming entry with insufficient lighting, broken or inadequate AC, insufficient drinking water, unit water was also disconnected upon arrival. Host refuses stated cancellation policy and any refund even after staying only one night.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We understand that you were seeking a refund through Airbnb Support and that their decision, based on the evidence provided, was not in your favor.
1. There are windows and doors at the penthouse that allow natural sunlight. In the evenings, there are lamps and bulbs strategically placed to illuminate each area of the apartment, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, stairs, and bathrooms.
2. All of the ACs were working on check-in, and during your stay, we explained how to turn them off and how they work, and provided Airbnb with evidence about this.
3. We collect empty water bottles each day in our properties and fill again to our guests. We can provide all the bottles you need by check-in, however, we consider this will reduce the space in the apartment for our guests.
4. The building administration disconnected the water in all the apartments, as soon as you informed us, we follow up and it was solved in 20 minutes. (Again, there is evidence in our chat and your confirmation when the water was back on).
5. The cancellation policy was Flexible, which states "Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund." You stayed for one night, based on the cancellation policy, and due to the lack of a reason, you were not entitled to a refund.
We strive to provide all of our guests with a property that follows high standards, is clean, fully equipped, and exactly as listed.

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes!
Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge!
The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms.
Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her.
The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues.
Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.

Year ending golf trip
I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!

Great rental meets all expectations
The rental property met all our expectations and was exactly as promised. Our rental agent Nika was extremely welcoming and made the whole experience smooth and friendly. If I return to the Dominican I would stay here again.

Our host Vasiliy was very helpful and attentive to us. We were able to reach him at all times of the day and night. The property was well kept. Our maid was attentive as well. She made us feel like were at home.
