Still trying to get an address to return an item for a refund, emails go ignored, tried on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok as well but nothing. Avoid.

I have nothing but good to say about this company. They replied to my emails promptly and gave me a full refund even though I had inadvertently ordered a shower head that was unsuitable for my particular shower

Shower head handle cracked under warranty offered me discount if I buy another what a useless product and company

I have nothing but praise for this company kept me advised throughout and received my shower head and replacement stones.
I have had no incentive to write this review just relaying my own experience.

The payment shows on my bank account 30/03/21.
I have never received a confirmation, order number or delivery information.
My bank has advised if goods are not delivered within 15 days, get back and they will advise what action will be taken.
I keep my fingers crossed but the 74% dissatisfaction
is very worrying.

Ordered product 15th March and was delivered 27th March.
Quite good delivery time.

Company trying to trade under a different name - Showery UK - but this is fake, they are based in China. They take your money the minute you order and don't deliver. AVOID

They can't even be bothered to confirm whether they received an order or not - despite taking my money 3 weeks earlier and finding the time to respond by e-mail - just to blame 'the delivery company' - whoever they might be.
Avoid.

This company is trading as 'Showery' but any purchases are actually from Everything On Sale.

I am among the many customers who got caught out by this company. They claimed to have sent the item but then changed the delivery date several times and then claimed it was delivered when it wasn't. Their own tracking system showed that the parcel was never handed to the courier.

The customer service was appalling, resulting in them stonewalling me after just a couple of enquiries, and I had to dispute the payment with my card company, who resolved it for me.

I advise you to avoid them.

Do not order this, it is a scam. Item never delivered after 6 weeks. No tracking. No response from emails. No communication from company. Another Facebook fronted SCAM. PayPal case opened for refund.

The company got back to me and offered to deliver the product. Four days later it arrived. Perseverance has paid off.

Ordered the shower head on Jan 15th and it still hasn't arrived a month later. There was no hint of long delivery times when ordered. I requested an update and got a standard reply that they would look into it, but no further update. I will now open a case with PayPal for a refund

Ordered a shower head mid January and only received it today 9th February. Poor communication from company so I took it up with PayPal and it arrived shortly after. Should have read reviews first!

Absolutely dreadful.
20:46 on 30 December 2020 - Ordered a Showery shower head via a Facebook link.
18:55 on 1 Jan 2021 - Tried to cancel the order using the cancellation process included in the email.
No response to emails.
07 January 2021 - Advised order was on its way. Again tried to cancel the order. Response was that it was too late as the order had already been dispatched.
No further response to emails.
18 January 2021 - Shower head arrived having been very clearly dispatched from China. Requested details on how to return item. Was told to return using the address on the package. This had been covered by the shipment label. Was then told to keep the item and they would give a partial refund. Would not provide details of the return address just kept saying its on the package.
Numerous emails later and I have finally received a full refund.

unlike for many the shower head arrive but is shipped from China. They could possibly save themselves some bad reviews if they made this clear. Seems to work ok and has some moderate increase in pressure.

Terrible experience. Ordered shower head mid November and kept an eye on their tracker every few days. I felt they were using stalling tactics when the tracker showed that item was "nearly here" about first week of January. That carrot dangling went on for a while and when I checked their tracker today, the status says "delivered" which is NOT the case. Luckily I paid via PayPal so have some recourse. No comms from showery whatsoever. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!

Ordered a shower head from this company on 25th November 2020 and i'm still waiting for it to arrive. After doing some digging, I found that they've now scripted their website to instantly direct to Showery.co.uk - I'm assuming this is a move to seem legit now that they've scammed too many people and are rightfully getting negative attention.

I did try to contact them through their website, and got an automated reply informing me that they will chase it with the "carrier". This reply was from everythingonsale at gmail.co.uk, which is also the only email i've ever received anything from. On said email, it shows another email info at showery.co.uk, however I've emailed that numerous times and every time it comes back undeliverable. I also desperately searched their website for an email and found hello at showery.co.uk. Again, I've tried this but it keeps coming back as undeliverable.

I've decided to contact Trading Standards on the matter, as they're clearly not only scamming people during an extremely awful time but they're taking advantage of vulnerable people who may perhaps not be able/think to dispute it. It is also very clear from their redirected website, use of another company's name and fake emails, that they are making exceptional efforts to do this. I will also be bringing this to the attention of Company's House.

Luckily I paid through paypal and have raised the dispute with them so should see my money again soon but the fact remains: this website is fake and the people behind it should be ashamed of themselves.

Very dissatisfied ordered my shower head 3rd December 2020 took my money it has not been delivered.
No emai,no communication whatsoever .
Looks like I shall be going to my bank thought it was to good to be true🤬
