Honestly I love the figures that you guys offer and the shirts I will be buying more shirts in the future

You guys never put 2 stickers in the package I ordered but put 1. I sent out an email 2 months ago and never responded to it

I shopped with them for Christmas gifts and I had no issues at all! All my orders arrived on time, everything was just as described and the clothing was a big hit!
I will order from them again!

The item variant I received wasn't what I paid for. You're an online merch store so you know how expensive things can get; At least get the orders right. Also, the updates order tracking is practically non-existent. So to get the wrong item in spite of all that is disappointing. Would be willing to edit this review if our little problem gets resolved.

The shirt quality wasn't what was expected, i thought it would be a thicker shirt. the print of one shirt had some words cut off, the ink pled in the ways and turned white parts pink, my Gon shirt print was smaller than expected. Thought the art would take up the whole shirt. Probably look else where for anime shirts.

The product quality sucked as well as your customer service

The sending and delivery was fast, the quality of the shirt is great and as described, and seller even gave me a super cute keyholder (keychain?) to choose.
Would definitely buy again in this store

Customer service is good, and they have a wide variety of products. Have found sizing is variable across products, quality is okay to good.

The prints on my shirts are already cracking and splitting. Very disappointed considering how high quality the shirt itself was (excluding printing) and expensive the shirts were.

Got it for a best friend as a birthday gift

Lots of selection on the site and fast delivery. Although the goods I ordered were a bit too small and didn't quite meet my expectations, I was helped quickly and, above all, satisfactorily by the very friendly customer service. Will not be the last order in the future.
