I had a such a lovely experience at Everyskin, well to fear I always do but this one was quite special. I recently had surgery close to my bikini line and I went in for my Brazilian and under arm. The staff was so caring and was very gentle with me and I outline the area not to get too close to. She was really understanding and took the best care of me. That really made my day! And it was not just her doing her job but you could tell she is a genuinely caring person. I have been a client for a while at Everyskin and I hope it remains that way.

I am currently doing my laser sessions with Leonique and she is amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable and explains everything so well. I would definitely recommend this clinic & her.

The therapist was extraordinary

I had a terrible experience - the lazer appointment itself lasted maximum of 2 minutes. I couldn't feel or see that the laser was moving across all areas as the gauge touches the skin. This was a poor experience compared to the last 2 times I have come where the technician had been incredibly thorough and kind. Additionally, the technician made comments about spots on my body and face which made me feel really uncomfortable. I do not come to pay for an experience like this to be made to feel insecure about my body. Overall a terrible experience.

I was then told I would get contacted by every skin manager and never was.

Its a long time since ive had such an exceptional friendly welcoming Receptionist. She was definitely 10/10.

My therapist was also amazing. She was very friendly and good as what she did!

I am sick in bed with a fever. Called to cancel and was told the session will be credited regardless. Should I have gone in with a fever?

Note following reply:
I don’t mean it was credited back to me but rather was informed of the strict 48 hour cancellation policy so they would be taken from my package. I didn’t have a fever until the middle of the night and called at 10.15 (clinic opens at 10) to cancel my 11 o’clock. Not sure how I could have done this sooner.

The service was wonderful. Very attentive and professional.
