I placed an order with Everyday Meds without doing diligence and checking reviews. I then retrospectively looked at the reviews and cancelled my order 2 days after placing it. I tried multiple times to get through to someone by phone but was in the qué on the phone for over 30 mins each time and had to give up. I eventually managed to get through and cancelled my order. I received confirmation that my order hasd been cancelled and advised via email that I should receive a refund within 10 business days. Over 14 business days later and still no refund despite me chasing this on multiple occasions. I have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card extremely poor customer service. Avoid this company!!!!

Used this provider for several months in 2025 with not many issues but in the last few months, I get no response and their system doesn’t allow users to log in to their portal. No response to support inquiries so moved to a more dependable provider. If a new customer, I would not place a new order from this company, if it’s even possible.

Initially seemed ok however I trued to get a refund and that’s when problems started. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Several automated emails, unfulfilled promises, long wait times as caller number 2, and 2 weeks later no refund. Still trying to get money back but I would avoid using this company, they lie.

BEWARE…Do not buy from this company. Your money is taken immediately and their ‘clinical review’ is super fast but then ‘NOTHING’. Order not dispatched despite them stating next day DPD delivery. If you ring their customer services you join the queue at No7 (every time you ring!!) but never progress further than No6 even after an hour. Emails are not responded to. Will be reporting this company as the way they are operating is tantamount to theft.

No one will refill my script. No one calls you back or responds to e mails. After months of bad service it went to no service. Save your money find a company that will actually fill a script!

I have been taking my prescription since last Oct. All went well until April of this year. Was on a month to month plan and had lost 30 lbs. I didnt reorder in April because of some car repairs that needed done. Got back on and reordered. My payment was put on hold as usual at my bank. Prescription was ordered and payment came out of the bank. As of then I am unable to get on the patient portal or get anyone on the phone. Can be reached by email but will not refund my money for an order that was not received. Now I can't get them to answer an email.

So frustrating. I have called multiple times you get put on hold for a 5 to 6 minutes then it hangs up on you. I’ve emailed numerous times to the support email with no reply. I have text back no reply. It’s been at least three weeks and nothing I feel like they’re closed or out of business anyone know?

Signed up and paid for a 3-month supply of tirzepatide; everything was great the first 3 months. Renewed for another 3-months paying $807 for a 3-month supply; Everymeds then decided to rip me off. I received 1 month then was no longer able to sign into their patient portal to get refill. Patient portal tells me that my phone number is not found, to contact support. I have contacted support several times saying they will pick up my ticket soon and never do. They no longer answer their phones. EVERYMEDS IS A BIG SCAM!!! They will rip you off!!! Go elsewhere for your GLP-1 UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $807 FOR A 1 MONTH SUPPLY. YOU SHOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR COMPANY EVERYMEDS! Your company has definitely lost my trust.

I took advice and cancelled my order with Everyday Meds 29/5 and was told a refund for over £300 would be refunded in 5-10 working days. Despite emails still nothing 22/6. Very poor I'm now worried 😫

I wish i had checked these reviews before i had anything to do with this company!
I cancelled an order the next day.i have now been waiting 13days for my refund of £115. 'Trouble with a glitch in the refund system'i was told and ut would be sorted as a matter of urgency.... still waiting and now no answer to my emails. I sent one today saying i now want to escalate the matter to a comaint and have asked for 'to whom do i email" as of yet.yeh,you guessed ,absolutely nothing! AVOID AVOID

I have had problems with Everymeds from the start, but decided to persist with them as it wasn’t easy to change. Terrible communication, on prescription status, shipping, basically everything. Early on in using them, they discontinued the pens and switched to syringe, as an apology they promised to honor a certain price for life…however after a couple of months (of chasing them down, monthly to get refills…this is NOT an auto service) they shut down my patient portal completely. I’m assuming to make me re-register and pay an increased rate, but I wouldn’t know as they never responded to any of my emails. Sincerely recommend you find a different provider.

Company is a joke. Starting month # 2 fell apart. Prescription over week late, warm to touch when delivered and now for my 3 month the portal will not accept my credentials. 3 weeks behind my scheduled date. ZERO help from customer service but scripted responses " we understand". ........
Take your money elsewhere.
Update as of 6-22-26 zero response to multiple messages. Ripped off 100% for month 3 prescription. Have gone elsewhere.

When it came time for me to check in for the third dose of what I have paid for it says that I don't have an account. I reached out to customer service and they said it was a technical issue, and that I would have to wait to get either my medicine or a refund. I have since reached out two more time because "the technical issue" still exists 10 days later and no response from attempts to get additional information. The medicine works when you can get but there is no guarantee that they will honor what they say.

Customer service is appalling after filling out health questionnaire and submitting documents, it took one month to receive my first dose, only after several emails which were never replied to, and also several phone calls, I had to upload documents again. Because of this I ordered 2nd dose 2 weeks in advance it arrived 3 weeks later luckily one week before my next dose was due, continuing in the same vein I ordered my 3rd dose 7.5 well in advance, and had to upload more recent documents once again only after several phone calls I was told recent documents were not clear enough, so went through the whole process again of taking pics and videos and resending. After a week I received a phone call asking me some more health questions and was told everything was fine and my order would be approved immediately, one week later my order is still sitting in the "in review" status, therefore I'm going to have to phone them yet again.
In all cases the money had been taken from my bank within 5 minutes of placing my order. At this moment I'm still waiting for my 3rd order/dose.
I'm sad to say at this time I have seen very little change in weight/inches, and if this remains the same after my next dose (if I ever actually receive it) I will be giving up and not reordering 😥

I am wondering if this company is a scam company. I ordered some medication and it required me to upload documents which I did. 2 weeks later the order is not with a clinician and despite trying to make contact I’m being ghosted!

I have been a customer since Sept 2025. Overall it has been ok. After 3 months they switched me from the pen to the needle method, and said I had no choice. This was why I chose them, the pen is significantly better for me. They still widely promote an offer the pen method in their ads. However, I soldiered on, because they gave me 100 discount for changing the delivery method. Overall deliveries and response times have been fine for me. However, 2 weeks ago, I went to refill my script and I haven't receives a response. My refill says pending a doctor approval. As of this week, I no longer can log into the portal, it doesn't recognize me at all. I have emailed and attempted to call all the numbers I could find. I get an automated (AI) response that they will escalate my case. The phone numbers don't get me to anyone, they just ring or hang up on me. This is more than frustrating. We pay a lot each much and should be treated better than this.

Been using product since about early October got my order last month and haven't had a problem until now, I can't sign into the portal and I only have about one dose left so I can't place my order. It keeps telling me can't find my information when I try to sign in, hasn't been a problem till now. I will go somewhere else if I have to, I am only about half way to my goal and would prefer to finish my journey!

I actually wouldn't even give them a 1!
Ridiculous company. Took over three weeks to get my medication. They never contacted me to let me know there would be a delay. I would call them up for an update, to be told I've been put as a priority and would receive in two days. Which I never received. Offered £40 refund for all the hassle, still to this day not received. No one answers your emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered my product on 27 th of April, they took the money, and still nothing. This company is obviously a very bad one . I’m am waiting for my money back. Not happy at all .
