I am writing this review as a warning…
I am writing this review as a warning to buyers. I received the product and after one day decided to return it. The company sent confirmation that they received it and it was eligible for a refund. After that point, I received a communication back stating that there was a gateway issue with the refund. I never received a refund of $70.00 and after multiple attempts at reaching the company, I was ghosted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Never Receiving My Refund
I returned the led light mask within their return window - face and neck - because I felt that it was too heavy on my face and left indentations on my skin where it rested on my face. I was in email contact with them about receiving the return and when to expect my refund. That was over a month and a half ago. They have since replied to two of my emails requesting refund status. They do not have a customer service phone number and now don’t seem to be responding at all.
SCAM! FRAUD! STAY AWAY!
Much like other reviews, mine is no different. This company should not be allowed to continue to operate in the state of California as it continues to scam customers out of our hard earned money. Despite offering a 100-day trial period and guaranteeing refund if not satisfied, Evertone has breached its own terms by not refunding me despite having been in possession of their product for almost 2 months now. Don't be fooled by their responsiveness initially...they'll give you the runaround about "processing" your refund and will eventually go radio silent on you eventually. I have reported them to the BBB, next is FTC and then on to the Attorney General of California. Oh, and I've left them a scathing review on their website, which as can be expected, wasn't published by them. No surprise there.

Evertone is a SCAM company! I ordered the item in November and did not receive it until late January despite the quoted time frame at time of purchase. I returned the item using prepaid postage they sent me, they confirmed receipt and have not provided me with a refund as of today and we are in July! DO NOT ORDER from them! I have refunded this item (it was too heavy for my wife and overall was not a great product). I went through their "process" and returned the item on 5/31/24. I am still waiting on my refund. I have contacted them repeatedly. They kept giving me run of the mill response "rest assured, your refund is processing." They have now stopped responding to my emails. I have been contacting basically every other day at this point hoping to get a response. Nothing. Not only does their product stink, their customer service is worse. I have contacted and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I just want my money back, I wasn't asking for anything crazy. They are quite clearly avoiding me at this point. I will be taking other measures if I do not get this resolved with in a reasonable time frame.

I can't rate the product since I returned it without even using it, but I can say that the customer service is terrible. Even though they acknowledged that they received the product back I never got my refund. It's been three months already. Every time I tried to reach out to them about it they say the refund it's still pending on their end. Numerous emails, same response. My advice don't buy it.
Do not ever buy from this company
If I could give zero stars I would. I have the exact experience as the other reviewers. I ordered in Feb '24 and in March needed a return, well within the 100 day return window. Not to mention that most of my items were unused. I have been given every excuse in the book about the hold up, 3+ months later and why I have not received a refund yet. System error, they are working diligently to expedite my refund (I don't think they know what "expedite" means) it was "stuck" in their system, they are restarting their system to push processing, their vendor had an error, they will follow up with me-no one has. I am constantly babysitting this and realized after I googled reviews this is their standard and no one get a refund. Do not purchase their products, it is a scam. I hate that I trusted that this company would have good ethical business standards.

Do not purchase anything from Evertone Skin. Their 100 day return policy is a complete lie. It doesn’t matter whether you return it immediately or within the 100 days. You will NEVER get your money refunded. They even acknowledged the receipt of the returned products! I have been waiting for over three months now for my refund. We have exchanged numerous emails in which they give excuses that it has been ‘processed’ and I should wait, their vendor is having ‘issues’, they’re ‘restarting’ the system to try and push the processing. Just complete lies and rubbish. It’s obvious that they have no intention of returning any money. Their BBB list of complaints is LONG and they’re all identical to mine. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. EVER!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Advertised a 100 day trial money back guarantee. Posted mine back (and had to pay to send it back to the US) and they've had it for over a month with no refund. Customer service are useless too.
