Xodo - PDF File Redaction Tool (Double Thumps Up)
Can't complain at all. The website allows you to redact PDF documents so you can stay in line with GDPR laws & legislation (UK). I was going along with my file redactions, very simple & straight-forward to use. I eventually reached my daily limit for file redactions. Xodo prompted me to a payment page within it's website for me to continue using the PDF redaction tools. I was that impressed with how easy it is to use the redaction tool, I went for the 5.99 USD per month option, which doesn't work out bad at all per month at my bank conversion rate of USD (0.746244) to (£4.47 per month). Payments can be cancelled at any stage (non-refundable though), but I'm not tied into a contract with this package. I'm now able to redact an unlimited amount of documents.
Update: I wouldn't recommend Xodo. I've further gone into the features and feel ripped off as the above package doesn't give you unlimited usage. So, if you have multiple documents you have to pay a lot more money, which is completely absurd.

Best Kept Secret of Electronic Signature Software
Xodo Sign has become one of the best tools I use because of it's simple and straightforward design, ease of use, and it makes my life so much easier. I can't recommend Xodo Sign enough if you have a need for electronic signatures.
I've been using Xodo Sign for a little over a year now across my organization, and just helped a few friends integrate it into to their organizations as well.
If you have a need for electronic signatures, you owe it yourself and your coworkers to give Xodo Sign a try, you won't regret it.

Guys, we need a response today. It's been weeks since I first got in touch and we're completely unable to login which is causing huge issues with clients. The level of service and lack of contact has been unacceptable
Almost No Support!
The product is okay, but with very limited templates. The customer support is near none! There is no phone or chat support. Email support tends to be slow, some times take days to get useless response.

Efficient and user friendly
Easy to use, great value for money, much more cost effective than docusign! It's really quick and easy, saves paper, time and there's also an audit trail which is exactly what we need to make sure we are compliant
6 Messages, 3.5 weeks, still no answers.... Appalling!
Just the WORST service I have ever experienced in all my business dealings!!!
Our small start-up environmental NGO has been a paying customer of Eversign (now Xodo) for over 2 years on the Basic Plan. We don't send out too many documents but recently needed to use the Bulk Sending template facility for the first time.
I experienced multiple issues with this:
i) the cover note/message does not seem to attach to a Bulk send out, as it does with a single mail-out. A client came back with security concerns with this as he was uncertain that the mailout was genuinely from us.
ii) you have to pay extra to do a bulk send out like this. This is not something made clear upfront when we paid for our subscription.
iii) I also had some specific queries regarding my urgent mail-out before I could continue with it.
I made contact with Xodo SIX times over 3.5 weeks and STILL have not received any response to my questions! My mailout is well overdue and this is now reflecting badly on our organisation and our clients' expectations.
This is the level of 'customer service' I received with Xodo:
i) sent an email on 29th June. Got a very basic reply from Asadullah Zafar that did not answer my questions at all.
ii) sent another email on 2nd July to follow this up and repeated my questions - no response.
iii) sent another email on 4th July to follow this up and repeated my questions - no response.
iv) got an 'acknowledgement' from Rose stating they had 'merged' my queries... so someone had seen it, but they still did not respond or answer my questions.
v) sent another email on 12th July stressing the urgency and escalating this to a complaint. Still did not receive any answer.
vi) finally received a reply from Asadullah on 22nd July with a standard mechanical message stating 'we apologise for the inconvenience' and providing a link for me to go away and read an article!! My questions were not addressed at all! I located this article myself weeks ago - looking things up is the first thing you do with an issue! - and it does not address my questions at all.
Our Business Plan subscription states we get 'Dedicated Support' as part of our plan. We have not received this at all!
There is no phone number to call them on.
There is no live chat agent to talk to.
There is no complaints department you can access.
Most of my messages were ignored. None of them were effectively responded to.
The urgency of my issue and the impact this is having on our workflow is very serious.
Clearly this company does not care about its customers at all and fails to provide even a basic level of communication on the Basic Plan. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all. There's plenty of doc signing organisations out there. Do your business a favour and choose another one.

Easy online signture tool
I was looking for an online signature tool and this has worked great for my needs. I don't sign a ton of documents per month and this website has been user friendly and helped me to accomplish the tasks that I need it to.
The simplicity
The simplicity, smoothness, and cost of this website i really like. We send many contracts out to do business and each contract has been uploaded and sent in under a minute. The receivers of the documents have had no complaints, easy to use, I would recomend.

Its not as simple to use like docusign as it is more targetted for businesses so you have to create a business and can create multiple to manage the work while creating teams and templates only on paid version. Also they have asked to submit reviews to get free one year subscription hence there might be reviews which are without full use of it.

We like this program and it works more efficiently that the normal plugins
We were using a different program plug in for signatures and it was a mess! Without the proper email address and firewall issues it became a problem. To prevent any fraud it gives an attached summary page of the signature showing email persons name and all attached. Completely efficient and I recommend over the traditional Adobe and Docusign.

Very simple, quick to handle and affordable application to get online signature of all the documents I have to manage monthly (contracts, attendance sheet...). As a solopreneur in training industry, it is exactly what I need.
