The company charges an astronomical…
The company charges an astronomical interest rate and claims that they are willing to work with you but then just turns around and charges you more money because you are struggling. When a mistake is made and they can't figure out what happened on their end they just tack on an additional 5k with no notice then just say it is what it is. Very crooked company and I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with them

Getting Burned
In January 2025 I applied for a business loan.to a couple of institutions an I was rejected because
I was told that Everest had reported on DataMerch that my company default with them on a MCA back in 4/14/2024
My company never had a default.with Everest business funding,nor did I ever take out a MCA with them
When I investigated with DataMerch it turned out that there is a company in California with the same name as my DBA NY company.
It is obvious that the California company is the company with the default history ,and not my NY company.
So despite multiple requests in phone calls an emails to Everest, Everest has refuses to fix my company’s credit report with DataMerch.this has caused me to have my loan requests turned down completely or be subjected to smaller loan offers with much higher interest rates,I think me personally after this I would think long an hard before I accepted anything from Everest business funding .
