Was a little bit concerned when my slippers were too small as I’d seen that they weren’t replying to returns emails, however I emailed them and they sent me the following returns link wwwroyalmailcom/track-my-return#/details/7268
and it was a great process from there, Royal Mail even come and collect your return. I had to return two pairs (something to bear in mind, I’m a size 8 and ended up with a size 10 in the Galah style, you’ll definitely need to size up) and I’ve now received refunds for both within a week. Lovely slippers and very happy with the service.

I purchased a pair of slippers from Debenhams unfortunately they were too big so had to return them. As mentioned in previous reviews the email address they send with Everau slippers does not reply neither do Debenhams. I was upset as didn't want to lose my well earned money so I emailed Everau, they replied quickly and sent an email to print returns label. Royal Mail picked up my package from home too. I have today received my refund. Please get in
touch directly to the company who will sort any issues out.

No valid email. No return. No refund. Wished Id checked this first with TP but thought it would be safe as ordered through Debenhams. Yet another waste of money. Boots are supposed to be a size 7 but are more like a size 5!! Trying to chase ghosts to get any customer care service.

I purchased a pair of slippers that are too small. The support email the company provides blocks emails so they don’t receive them. The only way to get a refund is to contact the email address. I’ve emailed from a few different accounts and they have blocked each one. I feel like it’s a scam so they don’t have to refund. Now I’m left with a pair of slippers that are too small and I cannot wear or get a refund.

I purchased a pair of calf length chestnut size 7 for myself. Arrived 9th October 2024 3 days after ordering online and the fit is perfect snug and soft much better fit then the original UGGs I have over the years. And at over half the price then the UGG. I would strongly recommend shopping around before paying extreme prices for Ugg when they also own these. Packaging was excellent much better once again then the Ugg boxes.

I purchased two pairs of boots for my Grandaughters Birthday on the 13/6/2024,,too big ,so ten emails later asking where I send them back to ,no answer, except a note saying I’d be responsible for return postage .I was so sick of this so sent them back at my expense ,the concierge took them at 1:37pm on the 4th of July ,and according to Aust post they were delivered to the correct address .They are still insisting they haven’t received them.I want my money back.It’s a pity as they sell a good product.

Easy to use Website and boots were true to size. Fast postage and great communication. I purchased the Pathfinder Boots (on recommendation from a stranger in the supermarket - I told her I loved her boots and she told me about Everau) and found them to be super comfy and easy to get on - only issue was that one of the little lace grommets came off as I was doing up the laces (first time use) - I was able to push it back into place, but I may need to add a dab of glue to stop it happening again. I would absolutely recommend Everau to family, friends and random supermarket shoppers.

Customer service is appalling, I ordered a size 13 and they sent me a 12 - there was no returns label so I emailed and still haven't heard anything back. Don't waste your money.

I read that the boots have been stayed with something to prevent water and snow getting inside however I wore them when I was spitting rain and my feet were very wet

Terrible service have sent boots back after multiple e.mails back and forth from debenhams and this company. Hopefully will get a refund soon. Avoid this company. 😡😡😡. Now going on 10weeks.

Appalling service. It took many emails to Debenhams (who were trying to make contact with Ever Au) to finally receive a return label. This was because the covering information about refunds including in the boots was total nonsense. A fortnight plus after returning the boots there is no sign of a refund. Avoid at all costs. It makes me uneasy about ordering anything from the Debenhams website, where the boots were advertised.

Very good quality shoes at reasonable price.

I placed an order through Debenhams, however the shoes looked the same on the outside but on the inside one shoe felt significantly bigger than the other. I raised this concern with customer service and was told to send a photo (impossible considering it's the feeling of it on the inside that can't be photographed). I explained this and was only then given a return label. I posted the package on the 19th December 2023, it is now the 11th January 2024 and I have yet to receive a refund, despite the parcel being delivered back to the company via royal mail on the 20th December

I ordered some of these boots through Debenhams but when they arrived they were about 2 sizes too small. Inside the box was a note saying if I needed to exchange or wanted a refund I would have to email them using the email address provided on the printed note. I did this three times but never got a response (they say it’s 24 hours for a reply) so I had to contact Debenhams which wasn’t easy either. Debenhams advisors told me they don’t offer an exchange only a refund so I’d have to return them using the return slip provided (there wasn’t one) so it was back and forth with Debenhams for over a week before they said they have tried to contact the company to ask for a return slip but are yet to receive a reply. This was 3 weeks ago! Don’t bother ordering from these guys, listen to the reviews please.

Ordered 1st Dec 2023 via Debenhams web site, money taken straight away. . 21st Dec still awaiting order.
So thats 1 christmas present thats not going to make it for Christmas !

Recieved my Tarramarra boots and was so pleased by their comfort and appearance.

After 3 months noticed the back of the heel was disintegrating.

Contacted company who were incredibly dismissive.

Will not buy again.

my order arrived today everau(r)UGG.. I thought they where UGG's .. but no the sale listed was very suggestive everau(r)UGG. they look like a cheap UGG .. these are a ripoff off of original UGG slippers.. the sheep skin is nice but he shoe sole is a spunge type .. not sturdy at all .. they wont last and for the price .. not worth it .. just gt the original UGG's
