We are from Australia, where a mate recommended Stuart from Eventmasters to get us some EPL tickets.
Stuart was able to get us to see Man City play on a Saturday, then back into Liverpool vs Man U at Anfield on the Sunday. A week and a half later he secured tickets to Arsenal vs Tottenham. Wow what a three game experience.
The tickets arrived when promised, Stuart stayed in contact before and after, overall a sensational experience. Can’t wait to come back to UK to do it all again!

Always use Eventmaster and they are on point. Stuart or Mark have always been very proactive and helpful

We had an amazing time at the Tottenham vs Liverpool game. The food was delicious and we loved the half time drinks. The seats were excellent and Tottenham even won!

Midlands Sporting Luncheon

I attended the Midlands Sporting Luncheon and it was a fantastic event. The day was well run, the food and drink were great and the guest speakers were exceptional. I am now looking to do this on an annual basis as a great way to get clients together.

Everything went smoothly with our recent experience so thanks for supplying those goes to Event Masters. Other than purchasing tickets from Event masters for the Lower grounds facility at Villa, the rest is down to Villa themselves (and no reflection on Event masters themselves) and the one highlight for me personally as a beer drinker is not only did they have some interesting tins of a Mango IPA for us to try on the day, they also had a brew called Brooklyn IPA on draught which is a massive improvement on all 3 of the other facilities I've been in this season, that being the Sports Bar/82 Champions Club and Corner flag who all lack a draught beer of any sort and resort to bottled beer and generally not that brilliant although the 82 Champions Club did have bottles of Erdinger Weisbier to drink when we visited that place and I'm very partial to that but the fact that the Brooklyn IPA was available within the Lower Grounds was a big plus for me personally and to be fair, the 2 sons who came with me also drank the same thing so that was very good for us. The food is passable, however, it would also be possible for the club to change the offering sometimes, I'm sure, even on the budget they're working with as it does all get a bit "samey" after a few visits to this place and it is all very unhealthy.

Great experience; I would recommend Eventmasters to others.
The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that the website could use a little work; it doesn't really differentiate itself much from the dodgy ticket reselling sites and should look more professional.
Also, there should be an automated email after the order confirmation rather than a direct phone call; although a phone call is effective, I missed the original phone call it put my order status in doubt temporarily.

I think i dealt with Robert and Jonathan were professional and effective in communication.

The communication from the company was 1st class. They phoned me within 1 hour from placing an order with them to discuss how the event will be handled. 3 days before the game an email with the e-tickets arrived as promised. I couldn't download the link so phoned the company to see what could be done.
I spoke to 2 different ladies who arranged a PDF ticket to be sent to me.
The following morning a man phoned me to confirm the link had been sent and was ready to download. This was successful.
They handled the issue very professionally.
The experience at the game was also excellent. The Tottenham staff were attentive and very friendly. (What a stadium)
The day was made even better with an Ipswich victory.

Kaileigh at Eventmasters provided outstanding customer service and support for me. Despite the large number in my group, she provided a personalized experience for us that was above our expectations. From her knowledge of each event package, procuring the tickets, seats (including adding an extra seat last minute), being available via phone / email, I cannot recall any better hospitality experience. Liverpool v Brighton game Nov 2, and Spurs v Villa game Nov 3, 2024 were the most recent games she catered for me and I cannot wait to engage Kaileigh at Eventmasters for our upcoming games this winter.

Very straightforward to deal with. Fantastic seats, literally as described. The only downside is the cost. But you can’t have everything, right!

Had a brilliant day at Ascot - 24 friends and family attending. Layout, service and attention to detail was superb. Brilliantly organised by the team. The wines, especially the Sancerre and Burgundy matched the food amazingly and my wife though the dessert was divine.
I mention the layout, as having two tables of twelve allowed people to move around between lunch and afternoon tea. This made the event super inclusive and casual.
The balcony area was also spacious for watching the racing.... can't recommend Grace and the team on the day at Eventmasters highly enough.
