The experience at Chelsea Flower show was fantastic. everything was organised and well documented prior to visiting. The event on site was superb, great food, good wine and excellently put together.

Fantastic Eventmaster Chester races experience.
The event was fantastic from start to finish.
The staff were very professional, helpful and efficient throughout the day.
The food was excellent and of the highest quality.
The only criticism I have of the whole day isn’t something in direct control of Eventmaster, but it is of the dedicated bookmaker, Chester Bet. I spent at least half the time between races trying to place a bet or collect winnings. This spoiled the overall experience, which is a shame as it has nothing to do with Eventmaster.
It does impact on the experience, so I think it is something that should be addressed.

Worth the money
Food/drinks were good. Seats were great.
We would have liked a more comprehensive and extensive tour of the facilities beyond just walking out to the field.

We attended the Chelsea Liverpool game…
We attended the Chelsea Liverpool game on 4th May. We bought 3 hospitality museum tickets through Eventmasters and we only have positive remarks regarding the service given. We are from South Africa and we were nervous buying through an online platform but can assure you we had a stress free experience. Tickets were mailed to us three days before the game .Thanks Jonathan for the constant feedback and excellent service!

Consistently outstanding from initial query to the event
This was my first time buying hospitality for Liverpool via EventMasters, all previous times via Liverpool direct. EventMasters was by far the best experience with excellent service, seats and lounges not available via Liverpool direct.
From initial queries, through purchasing, my (numerous) post purchase queries and the final ticket delivery, EventMasters were outstanding.
Highly recommended and we will be going via EventMasters in future.

Great communication, answered any of my questions quickly and when at 9pm the night before the football match I realised I’d been sent 1 ticket twice I called them and Stu sorted it out immediately….
