Hi Brandi! Happy Easter to you and your family! I have reviewed the order, and see that your order is slated to ship out tomorrow. You selected Free Ground shipping, which can have a processing time of 3-5 business days depending on what is on the order. Your order has fabric drapes that require cutting and sewing from our fabric department, which does put your order at the maximum processing time 5 business days. You should receive your order on or before the 29th of April, which is in the normal processing time allotted for Free Ground Shipping. If you require the order prior to April 29th, please contact our office to upgrade the shipping to a more expedited method.

It should be a 5 star but ordering process should be easier. It end up charging me 3 time for one item it been 2 weeks I am still trying to get all of my refund back. But I did get my product fast and it’s beautiful.

Event Décor Direct is my "go-to" when I need special décor for an event that I usually can't find elsewhere. My items arrive quickly and I don't have any problems with accuracy of my order. My only slight issue is that some items on the website do not have complete measurements of the item. It makes it difficult if I need the item to fit in a certain container or area. Other than that, I highly recommend Event Décor Direct to event and wedding professionals to enhance their inventory and set themselves apart from the competition! Their products are all very high quality!

Still waiting on a shipping quote. System said will get a quote within 1 business day and it has been a week and nothing. I called and was told that the supervisor was the only one that deals with that and will get an answer form her the next day. Still waiting.

Can't praise them enough for the service!
Ordered a 40-foot voile scarf for an arbor at the last minute. I need it for this Saturday (EAster weekend). It arrived 3 days after I ordered it! I live in rural Ontario, Canada...............I was blown away! And, the scarf has been folded in the box so as not to wrinkle it! Absolutely fabulous service. They not only got it to me on time just before Easter but it arrived 2 days early. I am so very impressed. Thank you Event Decor Direct!

This is my second time ordering from EDD, and I am disappointed. I purchased a floral back drop , two bases, a cross bar, and one upright. I never received the netting and the pins were the wrong size. I was hoping this would be ready for a venue setup for the weekend. I will now have to refund and disappoint a customer. This backdrop set up is not a cheap purchase. Expected more professionalism from EDD. Customer service was contacted for urgent assistance and no response was heard. Not a happy experience with EDD

Order shades that took more than 6 weeks to get and received the wrong item twice!!
First deliver wrong color and size, second wrong color again!
Didn't even bother to complain the second time, feel like I am wasting my time.

We have reviewed your order and it looks like your original order was for taupe drapes. We wanted to make sure we sent you the right colour therefore we sent you swatches to chose from. You chose the colour caramel, which should have been sent to you. You then received the original taupe, so we re-made the caramel drapes - did that reshipment not come as caramel? I am showing that the reshipment was received on 3/25.
