Event Decor Direct Anmeldelser 

I have had 2-3 not so good experiences with Event Decor Direct. But they compensated by going out of their way to help me. So back in December I placed an order for red satin drapes for an upcoming wedding. I was very disappointed when they arrived as the edges were not cut right and I was very stressed because the wedding was that weekend. Thankfully, Evaliana, and her manager were very understanding.The Manager sent me a new order via Express delivery and I got it on time.
Another incident was not so pleasant! Their chandelier was not what I expected and I was very very disappointed. Overall, I think they are a good company. I use them a lot for my business and as a previous IWED student, I had no choice but to use them. My last order was place last week and i was pleased with my order, after i made great emphasis on what i wanted and the manager called be to make sure we were both clear on my instructions, before placing my order.

Fabric arrived as expected. But there were two holes on one end of the 5 yards fabric

I ordered some pipe and drape hardware and after a week with no shipping info sent, order just said ‘processing’ when checked online. I sent a email asking about my order with no reply. Finally I started a chat online and person told me they didn’t have all the pipes and It was going to take up to 60 days to fill my order. Besides the timeframe being completely unacceptable, no one mentioned the fact that they were out of stock when I placed the order.
Fast forward another week and I canceled my order after being told it was going to ship the next day and it didn’t. Several days later and my card hasn’t been refunded. F

We couldn’t get a hold of a live person for days. We wanted to order and had questions. Finally after 3 days we had one lady call us back. She was nice and helpful. It would be nice to have an easy way to give you or business. Consider more staff to answer your phones.

Today o teyoed yiur live chat. There was no response. Very unprofessional.

Ive been a client since 2014, and I ordered some pipes and drapes last week which had to arrive by a deadline to be shipped to me overseas.
I was contacted by the representative who graciously suggested an alternative and better solution to getting a replacement since there was a shortage of sizes I really wanted. All of that coupled with expedited shipment really won my admiration.
