Outstanding help and support to make the best quality products

Really happy with the backdrop we ordered and would order more. The only negative comes from the hope we would receive the product despite being told "we will try out best".

It would be better to say "no, it's impossible" and be totally honest rather than say "we'll try" and not deliver.

Customer service was however very friendly.

Brilliant - very easy to work with and they make sure you get exactly what you want design wise. The products are super tough (i've tried the large flags and table cloth). They really do help your ogranisation stand out in the crowd.

Fabulous customer service. Speedy delivery and brilliant design. Really stands out in community settings such as village days and fetes.

Great service.
We had not a lot of time left to try and sort a new gazebo as ours had broken. We had an event coming up. These guys not only got our design up and complete they got the whole thing sent out to us in time. Great quality and fadt service to help us in an emergency. Thank you.

Brilliant service. Quick, efficient and matching our requirements exactly. We were amazed when we put up our first feather flag and can’t wait to see all four pitch side.

Somehow broke the bottom 1/4 piece of my 4.8m Feather Flag pole. Reluctantly had to buy a whole new pole - all 4 sections. At least it came quickly & with a new flag & pole carry bag…

Excellent service from begining to end.
I purchased a medium size flag ,I gave them a few ideas of what I would like printed on both sides and Event Branding done the rest.It turned out superb. Good quallity material was used .I am very pleased.

A very amazing company gazebo was better than I was expecting . The carry bag broke and they sent a replacement in 24 hours . Easy to erect great material and very strong alloy gazebo

I ordered flags on behalf of a school PTA. Event Branding designed the flags for me, utilising a very poor quality copy of the logo, which was all I could provide. The design and quality of the finished product was absolutely outstanding, I could not be happier with them. Excellent customer service too- they prioritised delivery to arrive in time for Sports Day!

Very friendly staff, easy to communicate with, stress free and the quality of the product is just outstanding.

I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like of the final product having generated the design I wanted using AI.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

We were considering placing an order for branded products, but after speaking with customer services, we have decided to take our business elsewhere.

The call itself seemed normal until the adviser Aled thought he had ended it. He hadn’t. I then heard them laughing about me before the line disconnected. That is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect for customers.

I run businesses myself, and if one of my employees behaved like that towards a customer, they would not be representing the company again in a forward facing role if a role at all. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, whether a sale is made or not.

This experience has left me questioning the company’s customer service standards and the culture within the business. If staff feel comfortable mocking customers, it suggests that behaviour is either tolerated or not addressed.

A company’s products are only one part of the experience. How it treats people matters just as much. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this company and will be taking our business elsewhere.

We have been trying to get sorted for a while and at every step was met with patience and professionalism.
The results were definitely worth it.
We had a deadline date for an event but they arrived a week before so have had their first outing at another one .
Thank you so much. They are great.
One minor comment,the stand could do with holes in to peg it down...
