We are sorry you have been unable to book the entertainers listed on our website. Availability can change, and sometimes entertainers’ circumstances change after a booking is confirmed e.g. illness or travel reasons. But we do our best to provide you the next best thing.
We handle lots of bookings each week, with approximately a 95% attendance rate as of May 2026. We are not perfect, and we admit we occasionally get things wrong, but we appreciate your review.

Would not use again
Booked and paid £150 deposit for a hen weekend. The day before we were booked in I got a text to say what I ordered wasn’t available but I could have something else…. Selected another package so it didn’t spoil the plans for the hen weekend. Then 4 hours before they were due to arrive they cancelled again! We were all left wondering if the football on the night had anything to do with the cancellation.
Either way it spoil the hen weekend.

We are genuinely sorry that the original package became unavailable and that the replacement booking was then cancelled only four hours before it was due to begin. We completely understand how upsetting and disruptive this must have been, particularly during a hen weekend that had been carefully planned.
As no location has been mentioned, we should explain that in some rural areas, we experience higher cancellation rates due to the limited availability of entertainers. We currently handle around 50–150 bookings each week and have an attendance rate of approximately 95% as of May 2026. When cancellations occur, illness is the most common reason, and in around 5% of cases we are unfortunately unable to find a suitable replacement.
We appreciate why the timing may have led you to wonder whether the football had influenced the cancellation. However, we would never knowingly cancel a confirmed booking for that reason. We are not perfect, and we admit we occasionally get things wrong. On this occasion, we recognise that the repeated changes and late cancellation left you and the rest of the group in an unacceptable position.
Please contact us using the email address provided on your booking confirmation so that we can identify the booking and look into exactly what happened.

Wasn’t the one that was chosen & didn’t wear what was chosen, so I don’t see the point in you allowing to have a preference if someone totally different turns up & not wearing what was asked. Been to many events with the same stripper, so I’m wondering if it’s the only person on your books?
He’s an amazing entertainer & good at what he does. Got the crowd going and had a laugh! Big thanks to him.

SCAM!!!!! 24 hours before our stag they cancel our midget hire (due to sickness) little did I know this company does not even have midgets in the Bournemouth area. They then gave me alternatives to which I chose handcuffed drag. 20 minutes before arrival on the day they message me to say ‘we have had some confusion with the order and it is now unavailable’ you cannot speak to anyone as it is email only and nobody replies 😡 do not waste your money and fall for this cowboy company. That said, we do want to be very clear that this was not a scam. We had every intention of providing the service, but we operate in the human hire business and rely on entertainers across the UK and Ireland. Unfortunately, illness and last-minute availability issues can occasionally affect bookings.
We are handling around 50–150 bookings per week, with around a 95% attendance rate as of May 2026. We are not perfect, and we admit we occasionally get things wrong. In this case, it sounds like we tried to offer an alternative after the original entertainer became unavailable, but then the replacement also could not go ahead, which we fully accept would have been very frustrating.
We are sorry if the communication felt poor on the day. We understand how stressful that would be when organising a stag event, and this is not the experience we want customers to have.

We arrived at the venue chosen by the organier for the event and it was closed! Apparently had been for 2 months so I was told! This was for my sisters hen do a surprise so as you can imagine she was confused as to what we were doing stood outside a closed bar which was embarrassing for me! Luckily the manager for the bar next door was outside so discreetly I told him the situation to which he replied it was in his bar that the event will take place not the bar we was sent to! So didn't start off very well at all! Anyway the performer came out, not the person we chose and in an outfit that wasn't chosen when booking (cowboy) he came out in army gear. The performance however was fantastic he put on a brilliant show, was very professional. respectful and such a laugh! So this negative is not a reflection on the performer its more the organisation.

I got the train from Manchester to…
I got the train from Manchester to Liverpool and back again all on time no concerns which was brilliant how ever when I tried meeting with the host was taking a while to respond back to where we was supposed to be meeting the stag party there was only 3 people there including the host the stag ran of and his friend ran of with my hand cuffs I managed to talk with the host and sorted everything out and then left

I booked for my friends hen party
I booked for my friends hen party. The process was simple, with instant confirmation. There were only 6 of us and it was a surprise. The communication before was great. Tyrone arrived nice and early and his act was discussed in advance to suit our needs and to make sure everyone would be comfortable. The BIG surprise and the strip/dance was the highlight of our day. It was a nice touch to have photos at the end too!

Booked a dwarf for daughters party…
Booked a dwarf for our daughters party which is tomorrow evening just received an email 24 hours before the party saying sick and offering an option of 2 strippers which we declined as nothing like what we had booked or wanted for an 18th birthday party Reading reviews it’s funny how others have had the same problem with dwarf bookings and yet can still book them on their site.I have also emailed Gemma and will come back here with outcome once she has responded back to me regarding my refund

I’m really sorry to hear about what happened with your daughter’s party booking, especially with the cancellation coming so close to the event. I completely understand how disappointing and stressful it must have been to receive an email 24 hours before the party advising that the entertainer was sick.
I also appreciate that being offered two strippers was not suitable for your daughter’s 18th birthday party and was not anything like what you had booked or wanted. While every effort is made to secure the chosen entertainer, unforeseen illness can unfortunately impact availability, and replacement options can be very limited at short notice.
We handle around 90–150 bookings each weekend and maintain around a 97% attendance rate, with the main reason for cancellations being illness. In some rural areas, we experience higher cancellation rates due to the limited availability of entertainers, which can make sourcing a like-for-like replacement much more difficult.

I booked Thursday night as I’d been let down for a stag do on the Saturday afternoon. The process was so easy I had a confirmation email with in 14 hours. Then the entertainer Liam called and assured me everything was good to go. Liam was a top guy up for a laugh,great attitude would 1 million percent book him again and use evengo again without hesitation.
