I purchased a 3 pin charging cable approx a month ago and unfortunately it stopped working reporting a number of faults. I contacted EV and was phoned by Debbie who immediately sorted a replacement and sent a returns label to my computer. The brand new charger arrived the next day and the faulty unit was picked up at the same time. This is great customer service. You only really find out how good a company is when things go wrong. 10/10 for sorting my problem,

Bought a cable for £220 in 2022. The first 2 years I barely used the cable as I was working abroad and my var was parked in a private underground garage where I charged it with a granny cable. Recently been having charging issues with this cable from EV Cables. Of course it's out of warranty and all they offered was 10%discount on a new cable which I naturally declined.

Great charger for our new MG and very quick service. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent website, guides you to the correct cable for your ev. I have a LEVC txe which they had in their database which was great. Lead is well made , good quality cable and plugs. Might not be the cheapest but when purchasing such an item , quality is what you’re paying for !

EV Cable Shop were my first choice for an additional cable for my EV. Their online shop is easy to navigate and selecting the correct cable is hassle free. Good price and prompt delivery using DPD.

I ordered a cable from this company & emailed them when I discovered it didn’t work. And they could not do enough to help! They asked for photos etc until they figured out that I had ordered the wrong cable. So not only did they persevere until they found out that I had ordered the wrong cable but they then sent me a link for the right cable…even though they didn’t sell it themselves! This company was a complete joy to deal with! Their professionalism & helpfulness was amazing. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!!

Excellent service with EV extension/delivery, only thing let you down was no one answered the phone left 3 messages as per instructions without a return call as promised ( needed a bit of advice ) as some customers aren’t experts

The service I received was 10/10. From advice, to after sales service, all perfect. I bought a cable to extend my BP Pulse charging cable which would reduce the wattage so my Solar panels would fully charge my hybrid. Very happy and would use again in a heartbeat

I needed a long cable to charge my Ford kuga, having contacted the company, I was told exactly what to buy and where to find it on the website.
I navigated the website easily and found the cable I needed easily.
The cable was ordered around lunchtime and was delivered the following day at around lunchtime!
It was as specified and is charging the car as I write!
