I ordered and received 2 kimonos
I ordered and received 2 kimonos. Both are beautiful silk. They come with an Obi as well. The small size fits my size 2 properly. Thanks to all of you out there working to have made this happen for me. I absolutely adore my kimono!!!

I bought a kimono
I bought a kimono. The item came with some defects, lower quality than expected. I tried to reach customer service a few times by e-mail, no phone number or chat window. They finally got back to me one week after my first e-mail. They offered to give me a 50% refund or to exchange it for another one. I took the 50%, as I didn't think it was worth the full amount. I would have prefer a higher quality item (and pay full price for it), but I'm still happy with the end results.

Took my money - no item sent!
I paid for this item over 2 months ago and nothing has come. no response to my emails. No phone number to call. I am now going to report them to the authorities but i doubt much will be done.

Refund less than 25 percent ! Be very careful
After one month never arrived . The refund was less than 25 % . Why not the full amount ?

False product
They lied saying it was a silk robe. Has no silk in it. Poor quality and shady business, that is not ethical. They conveniently don’t accept returns.

Hello UNKNOWN. We have most of kimonos in Cotton and some are in silk mix. If its pure silk it wouldnt be selling in under $50. For the quality issue we are really sorry but you must have gotten a defected product. Please talk to our online support and we are sure to make it right for you.

I bought one of their kimonos. 100% cotton and lovely pattern. They also send you an email to know better your measurements so they can make sure you get the right size.
I wear my kimono at home all the time, when I wake up and I have my breakfast, when prepping up before going out on when doing my bedtime routine.
Very helpful and kind customer service. Recommended.

New favorite clothing brand
The items I received from Eva Trends fit me perfectly, and they are made of durable material. They’re comfortable, and clearly not cheaply made. They also match the pictures on the website exactly. I will absolutely be ordering from this brand in the future.

I ordered some dungarees from Eva Trends in April and they arrived today..however they are completely different to the picture! Totally different pattern and I obviously bought the dungarees for their lovely floral pattern. It was v disappointing. Ordered a kimono from eva Trends.. it arrived in 15 business days to canada .. nice fabric soft and flowy like a brushed cotton, good length. Very pretty colours, vibrant , pattern as in photo!
Perfect summer piece to thrown on as the sun goes down or with jeans and t shirt.

I ordered 2 kimonos from this site. They arrived within 2 weeks. One is cotton, the other some sort of silkier fabric. I am keeping the cotton one, and the other was a gift for my mom. The detailing on the silky one was great, the images are where they should be, and I see no loose threads. I feel this purchase was worth the price.

Lovely items..
Lovely dresses specially really liked the long coat.
Its very comfortable and perfect fit. Tops are doing okay even after couple of wash. Always get praised when ever wear their dress.
Only thing I would suggest to please improve your shipping and processing time.

Finally received my order after 2 weeks or so but products were really good and I must say pictures can't justify also they send me free gift which I didn't even asked for compensation as my order was bit late.
