Great process from the outset
Great process from the outset. Customer service from Louis and Daisy was excellent and made it very straightforward. Responses to queries was almost instantaneous and they walked me through the whole process. Highly recommended

The company sorted out the lease of my…Vauxhall Grandland Full Hybrid
The company sorted out the lease of my Vauxhall Grandland completely without any input from me. The car arrived on the agreed date with the driver contacting me to say when he would be at my home.
As an aside I can say that the the lease price of the Grandland is impressive compared to lesser alternative hybrid cars.

Received an excellent deal at a price point within my budget.
I dealt with James who was supportive from the start and explained everything to me his communication was excellent and professional,the service I received was more than I expected, if I could give EH and James 6 stars then I would.

Trouble Free Experience
Rang evans halshaw with queries regarding the leasing of a car I'd seen on their website and spoke to James Dunn . James answered every question in a professional manner and was very helpful with all the information I needed. Communication was second to none and after only a day or so my car was ordered and now awaiting delivery. I've had follow up emails to keep me informed so the service has been excellent in my opinion.

The delivery of the vehicle was timely.
The delivery of the vehicle was timely.
Being busy myself I found it to be a huge hassle dealing/keeping up with many different teams, people and emails throughout the process.
Not happy that the finance/ direct debit/ payment setup was changed without having an option, as I know for myself I prefer my finances not being spreadout randomly through the month.

Thank heavens for Evans
Very easy to deal with, I ve leased a few times now and Hans provided an excellent service , helpful, informative but no pressure at all . The deal was really good value. Delighted with whole process.
Only suggestion , didn’t realise that no removable mats included so had to get these myself.

Extremely poor after sales
Extremely poor after sales. Brand new car handed over with spare key scuffed and scratched then a problem with the petrol release button. When asked for help recieved a delayed response and a standard "go speak to the dealer"
Fine selling the deal, terrible at looking after you post deal. Avoid.
