18 Degrees Air Conditioning Ltd Anmeldelser

We used Evans & Son to install air conditioning in all the bedrooms in our house. Mark was really helpful - he provided good ideas around the positioning of indoor and outdoor units, the types of system to consider and the design and installation aesthetics. Both he and Mat worked very hard to get the job done on time. They were pleasant to have working around the house, punctual and tidy. Additionally they were both very respectful of all the COVID restrictions at the time. Any additional people they needed (electricians, labourers, etc) turned up on schedule as well. Really nice bunch of people that I would thoroughly recommend.

After getting 3 different quotes for an air conditioning unit for our living room area, we decided to go with Evans & Son because they seemed to be the most competent team and it turns out that we made the right decision.
Our unit was installed on the 15th of April, the service was excellent, all our questions were answered and the team even cleaned up, after they finished installing the unit - which was such a pleasant surprise.
Can't wait for summer, now that we don't have to worry about the house getting too hot anymore!

Mark was great at running through options for different systems and and very patient in answering a number of follow up questions. Once we booked, we were kept updated with installation dates. There were a few different choices available at fitting, which were fully explained to us with the pros and cons for each. We were very pleased with the work, which was completed to a great standard and neat finish. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Evans & Sons (and have already to a few of our neighbours)!

Mark and his team installed air conditioning at my house recently. They were meticulous in their approach, polite and very conscious of my concerns about Covid-19. They wore masks at all times and stayed well away from my family members. The installation was faultless and we are delighted with the work. I have already recommended Mark to a friend who is having her air conditioning installed next week.

My boiler broke down on Wednesday 10/2/2021 which was the coldest night of the year leaving me without heating and hot water. I telephoned Mark that evening and he kindly agreed to come and have a look at the boiler for me the following day. Two parts needed to be ordered overnight and Mark came back on the Friday to fit them, restoring me with heating and hot water. Mark was an absolute god send! Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite, and I will be for ever grateful for the speedy service that he provided at such short notice. Thank you

Air conditioning fitted. All products explained and choice given. Very neat and tidy work (even took shoes off inside without asking). Explained a new change of route due to an unknown obstruction in loft area. One area with the cabling didn't quite look right (aesthetics) and they fixed it right away. Would highly recommend.

An excellent service from Mark and his team - they identified an issue with the gas supply, fixed it, and managed to install the new boiler quicker than expected, whilst removing the old one and leaving everything clean and tidy. Very friendly, helpful and professional - will definitely use them again!

Mark & his team fitted a Mitsubishi LN series A/C unit in the loft bedroom.
Super impressed with the way the team were able to fit the unit, as well as cover pipes to give a hidden finish.
Excellent, service, reliable and very professional team.

I would highly recommend Evan’s and Sons. You wont be disappointed.

We had an air conditioning/heating unit fitted in our office last week after struggling to warm it up in the mornings with just the radiators and it's been an absolute life saver! It was a quick and easy installation and we're incredibly happy with the service provided.

From the inital meeting around discussions about options for air conditioning, through getting the quote and the actual install we have had nothing but the upmost professionalism from Evans and Son. Our house and the weather tried it's hardest to cause them problems with the install but they took it in their stride and have left us with an amazing setup. Would happily use them again and recommend them !

Very professional and tidy engineers. All calls and emails were responded to very promptly. I am so pleased with the outstanding service received! Highly recommend Evans & Son and will definitely be using them again!

This is the third time I have used Evans&Son, this time for my boiler which has been playing up. After a quick call, an engineer attended the same day and got my boiler repaired with no fuss. Quick, efficient and affordable. Thanks guys :)

Quick, tidy and accurate. Definitely recommended

Great team offering an amazing service. These guys know their stuff and were polite and professional along the way.

Would highly recommend to anyone seeking AC systems being installed.

arrived on time, commenced working straight away with few breaks. most of the time we were unaware of their presents. Would fully recommend without hesitation.

Mark and Matt arrived early and completed the job before Midday.
The Air Con unit looks great and despite it being a hot day outside, within 5 minutes of operation my Studio was super-cool in temperature!
Everything was explained via a quick hands-on demo, and the Toshiba unit is a simple and easy-to-use model, which I am thankful for!
I recommend Evans and Son as a trustworthy Company that gets the job done, and offers superb after-service.

Mark and his work colleague turned up well presented and professional. On the first day they stripped out all old air con units making sure to de-gas. On the second day they installed and gassed up the new units. All works were done to a high standard with minimal interruption. I would have no problem recommending Evans and Son to others, a job well done, we are very happy with the works.

Great job from start to finish, very happy with all aspects of works

The 2 guys who came turned up on time, they were very professional looking and very well mannered . They were very courteous of making sure we could still work around the them, informing us on every step that they were doing and they even cleaned up after they finished. They gave us a good explanation on how our new unit works and worked to a good time keep. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Evens and Son Heating and Cooling for the past 4 year or so. My First experience was getting an air condition unit fitted in the Master bed room. Mark initially came around to give me a quote explained how everything will work and the best place to install the unit. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good options on the units. The installation was faultless, neat, tidy and the engineers were very professional.

Mark also comes around yearly to service my boiler and air-condition and as always provided excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Evens and Son Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Also looking to get my second air con unit installed with them at some point.
