I ordered a Honda CB Shine SP Moto Bike. This is 5 months running still they did not deliver the bike.

I don't recommend buying anything from evaly.com.bd

They gonna scam soon.

This is a fraud and scam company in the name of e-commerce. In Bangladesh, there are not e-commerce rules in play form the authority so such types of scammers getaway.
The worst scam company in the world. They offer discounts and cashback and keep waiting for people from 30 days to 180 days for the product to deliver. Even people have been waiting for more than 1 year for their products and still waiting.

Some people asking for a refund and they never refund the money and taking away people's hard-earned money from the general public. These types of people should be jailed for scamming and cheat and fraud activities.

This is a pongi business and the model of business is illegal.

The company works as a multi-vendor website and almost all the seller's money they lock and sellers have to go through hell to get their hard-earned money back.

Orders were a lottery. Some of them arrived just fine, some of them very very late, like 5-6 months and most of them I never received. I tried to resolve this with customer support but didn't receive my order nor my money back. Stay away .

My experience with this e-commerce store is absolutely horrific. I ordered a Nike shoe from the store at a discounted price and got a fake Nike. Since the price discounted price was low, so I was okay with the fake Nike but the problem is they sent me both shoe for Left leg. This is a really really unacceptable mistake.

However, I reported the situation to Evaly support and ask them to refund my money with a video shoot of the package and shoe. But they denied my request because I didn’t record unboxing of the package.

I have been buying products online forever and I don’t remember any such thing as recording a product unboxing for the sake of refund. How am I supposed to know if the product is wrong inside?? And why I have to worry about it sunce Evaly call themself as the best in Bangladesh!

They think customers and their money is a joke. Worst e-commerce company in Bangladesh. I don’t recommend this fraud company to anyone.

The worst place to buy your products from. They will never deliver on time, will make you wait months for your product, won't reply to your complaints and messages, and shamelessly asks for advance payment for quick processing, and still won't deliver on time.

You need to wait 2-3 months to get delivery and they publish delivery list in their Facebook group like they are publishing result of a school admission

I brought many items on a huge discount on this website. But the delivery time is two long like 60days.

I don't know why people are calling evaly a scam site. They deliver the products to their customers properly though they have a poor delivery system. But they are legit in my opinion.

Such a worthless company and a scammy one. They do not know how to treat their customers well their main aim is to do profit by exploiting the customers. Never would recommend them to anyone.

এই সাইটের বেশিরভাগ ব্যবহারকারী জানিয়েছেন যে তারা গ্রাহকদের সাথে প্রতারণা করছেন। খুব খারাপ পরিসেবা। ব্যবহারের অনুপযোগী!

তাদের মূল ব্যবসা ইকমার্স নয়, বরং জালিয়াতি। আমি মনে করি না তাদের কোনও মূলধন বা কর্মশক্তি আছে। তারা কেবল মানুষের অর্থ চুরি করে এবং তাদেরকে পণ্য দেওয়ার নামে মাসের পর মাস (অন্তত ৫/৬ মাস) ঘুরাতে থাকে। নতুন কোন গ্রাহক টাকা দিয়ে ওর্ডার প্লেস করলে সেই টাকায় তারা আগের গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন মিটায়। এরা লোভনীয় অফার দিয়ে মানুষের অর্থ চুরি করছে। এটি একটি বড় দুর্নীতি/জালিয়াতি।

তারা মুলত কোন পন্যের পুরো অর্থ পরিশোধ না করা পর্যন্ত অর্ডার গ্রহণ করে না। এবং বেশিরভাগ সময় অর্ডারগুলি বাতিল করে দেয় নানা অজুহাত দেখিয়ে বা অনির্দিষ্টকালের জন্য ঝুলিয়ে রেখে দেয় অর্ডারটি। অবশ্যই এটি কোনও ইকমার্স সাইট এর বৈশিষ্ট নয়। এবং আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল হয়ে যাওয়ার পরে তারা আপনাকে আপনার টাকা ফেরতও দিবেনা!

তারা যেভাবে জালিয়াতি করে তা হ'ল আপনার ড্যাশবোর্ডে রিফান্ড এর নামে ফেইক ব্যালেন্স যুক্ত করে দিবে। এবং আরো চমকপ্রদ ব্যপার হলো, আপনি এত কিছুর পরেও নতুন কোন পন্যের ওর্ডার করতে চাইলে সেই পন্যের পুরো টাকা সেই ব্যলেন্স থেকে পরিষোধ করতে পারবেন না। কারন, আপনার ড্যাশবোর্ডে সেই পন্যের মুল্য পরিষোধের পর্যাপ্ত ব্যলেন্স থাকলেও তারা আপনাকে নতুনভাবে অর্থ যোগ করতে বাধ্য করবে।

এমনকি আপনার কার্ড বা ব্যাংকে রিফান্ড নিতে চাইলেও আপনি সেই ফেইক ব্যালেন্সকে আসল টাকায় রূপান্তরও করতে পারবেন না।

এটি একটি বড় জালিয়াতি ও ধোঁকা। আর এসব প্রতারণার ফলে তাদের কোনও সত্যিকারের গ্রাহক সমর্থন নেই। যদিও তাদের একটি কল সেন্টার নম্বর রয়েছে যা অ্যাক্সেস-যোগ্য নয়। সুতরাং আপনি চেষ্টা করেও কোনও সমর্থন পেতে সক্ষম হবেন না।

এই ভুয়া স্ক্যাম সাইটটি অনলাইনে একটি স্ক্যাম সাইট চিহ্নিত করতে সমস্ত ফ্ল্যাগ অতিক্রম করেছে। আপনি যদি জালিয়াতির শিকার ও আপনার মুল্যবান অর্থ হারাতে না চান তবে এই সাইটিকে পরিহার করুন!

এই ওয়েবসাইটটি ডাউন করা উচিত। কারো Police/FBI কে জানানো উচিৎ এই সাইটিকে ডাউন করানোর জন্য।

Scam. They take and block your money and will not deliver the product. Their customer support will not help. And they randomly close issue tickets without any resulation or contanct.

Their main business is scam, not eCommerce. I don't think they even have any capital or workforce. They just steal people's money and keep rolling on that. It's just a facade website for of big scam to steal people's money. First of all, they won't let you order any without paying the whole amount. And most of the time order will get cancelled or get stuck forever since this in not a real eCommerce site. And after your order gets cancelled YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK! All they do is give you a fake balance. And twist is you won't be able to use the balance to pay full amount for any order if you want even after all this. And you can't convert the fake balance into real money to get a refund to your card or bank. Since this a scam, they don't have any real customer support. There is a fake call center number which is unreachable. So you won't be able to get any support even if you try. THIS FAKE SCAM SITE HAS ALL THE FLAGS OF A SCAM SITE. SO STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND LOSE YOUR MONEY! THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. SOMEONE PLEASE NOTIFY FBI!

Today, May 24, 2020. I haven't receive an order I placed on January 5, 2020. It's already 6 months and no update. They don't give any refund and no action at all. I am not sure if I get this item in this year. Fraud company!

I don't know if this is a legitimate online marketplace. The key to a good e-commerce marketplace is communication and fast service. evaly.com.bd do not have any customer service at all, they provided one contact number on their website which you cannot reach, they do not reply to emails. Most importantly you don't know what is going to happen after you order and pay for something on their website.

I have spend about 26000 on this app.
It's been 34 days now, I don't receive anything and customer service didn't Reply.
I will never use this app again.
Please don't use this app.
